What’s the update?” “We’re drafting a new doctrine chapter,” Kaya said. “Written by the regions. Rotating authorship. No director’s note.” Ruth lifted her brows. “Decentralized authorship?” “With optional community footnotes.” Ruth paused, visibly impressed. “You’re going to scare the purists.” Kaya smiled. “Let them be scared. We’re not preserving the old. We’re tending the living.”
