He still annoyed the piss out of me and I still enraged him from time to time but we were learning. He knew when to stop pushing and I had let down some of my walls. I won’t have the backing of Alpha Moore. He’s got a lot of warriors.” Dad set the pawn down. I shook my head. “They aren’t good enough. He has quantity, not quality. Plus, he’s a slimy bastard like you are. The both of you are just planning on betraying one another anyways. Don’t bother.”

If you stand stable, they will step back and If you panic, they will test further. You are not to fight them directly, you are to make them reconsider.” I swallowed slowly. He knew.
