As my story has developed, I have added in a Fae language. Since the story lines follow ancient Greek gods and goddesses, I have used ancient Greek for the Fae language and Latin for witch's spells. I might as well put all those high school Latin lessons to use. Truth be told, I love languages, especially my own native language, Māori. I did think of adding that into the story line as the Fae language, but I didn't think it fitted as well as Ancient Greek.

I gathered my magic, drawing it together mentally like tilting your hand to direct the flow of water. Names, in the hands of a faerie, are powerful things, and even if Birdie wasn't the girl's legal name, it was the one she knew herself by. I could feel that clearly.

The little red-hair man must be a leprechaun, the twig looking girl must be a dryad, there are the sprites, of course, notable for their glowing skin making them look like large fire flies and then there are some fairies floating around too. At least I hope they are fairies, the good kind, not faeries the bad kind. Apparently, the only way to distinguish between them is how they spell fairy. It wasn't easy for me to discern this first page. As for the rest, I can't." Annabelle shrugged and closed the book.

I asked and he shook his head. "They hard to find. We don't know much about them just what's in these books."Elias went over to a shelf of books and pulled out another huge grey book. "Be warned El. Faeries are far from friendly woodland creatures. Do not and I repeat do not be rude or annoy one because they will wipe you off the face of the planet if you prove to be insufferable and those are the good ones." "There are bad ones?" "They called urchins. Those will forcibly try to get you to pick a fight with them so they have a reason to kill you."

Since the Faes’ abilities are dependant on the season of their birth, the elves will teach them how they will be able to utilize it to their advantage when fighting. Summer can create small flares that can ignite into flames. As for the winter fairies, it was yet to be discussed because both Chace and Stella were too young. But they could help when it comes to defenses. Fall fairies can manipulate the ground density while Spring fairies can communicate with animals. It was similar to a part of Ace’s magic, but they couldn’t control them as he can. This is why we badly need the prince to regain his memories back. And he knows this as well.
