She flung the thorn away as Hazel set her throbbing foot down gently on the ground making sure to put her weight on her uninjured leg. "Here, wear this," Shana said handing her a pair of light brown leather sandals. She had taken them off her feet and had offered them to Hazel. "No I cannot take it. You also need it," Hazel protested refusing to take the sandals from Shana. "We do not have time for such petty arguments my lady. Take the sandals and wear them," Shana said to Hazel in a tone that did not have a tinge of insubordination in it.
