Fallen Crest Finale Novels & Stories

Andrea’s POV My excitement knew no bounds as I watched Alpha Gideon lay helplessly on the ground; my plans were already in motion, and all I needed was to gain the people's trust and have complete control over the army, crest, or no crest. Since Evelyn went missing with the crest, she must have perished, and the crest is now useless because no one possesses it. I was startled out of my trance when I heard a tap on the door. I wrinkled my brows and walked to the door, expecting to meet Lucas, but instead, it was one of the maids.

She had fought too hard, lost too much to retreat now. Darian Crestfall knelt at the foot of the dais, armor battered, his sword broken beside him. Blood streaked his jaw, dripping into the cracks of the marble. His eyes—once steady as the northern stars—burned with something Serenya could not read. Defiance? Or surrender?

The Sanctuary’s Secret The dawn broke over Wolfcrest Avenue, its pale light spilling across the cobblestones and chasing away the last remnants of shadow. Aria supported Caden as they limped away from the gala hall, his arm draped over her shoulder, his breaths shallow but steady. Rollan nestled in her other arm, his tiny face peaceful despite the chaos they’d endured. The air was crisp, carrying the scent of rain and earth, but the weight of Victor’s final words clung to them like a shroud: “The loyalists will not rest until they claim the child.”

They were beaten. “This is the end for you,” I said softly, but with finality. “Your reign of manipulation is over. Golden Crest will rise, and Rhys will lead us into a new era.” Without another word, I turned away from them, knowing they no longer had the power to stop us. My enforcers moved with me, surrounding me as we made our way out of Creekside. The tension in the air had shifted, and as I walked, I could feel the collective energy of the pack changing. They knew now who was in control.

Joel’s POV Small Crest Foundation. A large white building that had wild ivy spread across the brick, paint peeling on the front door and gargoyle statues which set the tone for the orphanage. The four of us went inside to see if we could find information on Rose. Upon entering I spotted a woman dressed in nun garb. “Excuse me sister, who can we speak with about a previous adoption?” I asked. She simply looked me up and down and crooked a finger to follow. We trailed her until we reached a large red door with an old style knocker on front.

His wings still out, tensed, and ready, the rest of us holding our weapons. He moved so fast I didn’t even see him. Sliding past the others as fluid as water going around rocks in a stream he came for me, I felt his arm snag my waist and my feet left the Earth. I heard Devon’s shots fire and Kenneth soared into the air in pursuit. Cassi let out a scream and I heard the others calling my name as we ascended, until they were just specks. Kenneth closing in, aiming his crossbow at Shamshiel’s wings, his purple wings beating as he tried desperately to keep up, his face contorted in anguish as he realized he would not be able to help me. In the blink of an eye Shamshiel closed his wings around us

But first, we had to survive the night. I leaned my head against the window, watching the moon rise higher in the sky—full and bright and beautiful. A blood moon, I realized. How fitting. After I returned, Dario somehow found out where I lived and began clinging to me every day, even going so far as to block my car in the parking lot. “You can’t ignore me like this, Clea! The divorce isn’t final, so there’s still a chance for us!” he pleaded, eyes bloodshot. “Why didn’t you tell me earlier you were the heiress of Chester Enterprise? Sure, I was unfaithful, but you kept things from me, too, so we’re even now, right? Let’s just start over, okay?”
