I hear him curse at me as I'm knocked on my ass. "Watch where you're walking," His voice is a growl and so not appreciated after the time I've had. I look up to see a face I don't recognize. Someone completely unknown to me. I open my mouth to tell him exactly what's on my mind-none of it is nice mind you-and I abruptly stop when I catch sight of the tattoo on his inner forearm. A tattoo I've seen many times on many different people. It's an oddly shaped star of sorts with what looks like two scythes circling it. A very specific type of tattoo. A specific gang tattoo. A tattoo I'm all too familiar with.

Your dad is mine

Your dad is mine

My leg bounced uncontrollably until T glanced at me. “First stakeout?” I shot him a sharp look. “I don’t usually spy on people who trust me.” He gave a low laugh. “Fair enough.” We waited, and minutes crawled by like hours. T wiped the back of his neck, and for the first time, I noticed the ink on his neck, a tattoo. The same star-and-cross symbol he’d sent me when this all started. My stomach tightened. I needed to know what it meant. Maybe it was a piece of who he really was.

Made for the mafia boss

Made for the mafia boss

Roberto’s heart began to beat very fast when he saw she had the same mark as him. “You also have a star tattooed on your collarbone.” She dropped her garment and pulled down the neck of the cloth. “I have the same star because I gave you that tattoo. Haven’t you ever wondered how it got there since you never drew one?” She asked. “My father said I was born with it, and it means I’m a special child!” Roberto yelled. She scoffed and walked closer to him. “Truly, you are a special child, but you weren’t born with it. I drew it for you.” Roberto’s hands grew weak from pointing his gun at her. Many thoughts crossed his mind, he tried putting one and one together to make two.

Anything For The Alpha

Anything For The Alpha

Something about the adrenalin of the tattoo gun I guess. I did get a tattoo added for Roxie in the end. It took me a while to think about what I wanted but in the end I had a twisting, mixed up lightning bolt. Not a cheesy, pointy outline, but the crackling, thin shards that splinter across a dark sky. It is on the side of my ribs, surrounded by the constellations of the Fyrestone compound.

This book had me hook from the first chapter. The story is packed with love, lust and betrayal... not everyone is who/what they seem and you don't know who to truly trust. Just enough heartbreak and redemption, and the perfect amount of spice. Will definitely be reading more of Alle in the future.

Another amazing story! I was skeptical at first having read the synopsis a few times if it would be something I would enjoy. But Alle blew it out of the water the twist and turns, the gut wrenching heartache for the characters. I cried and I smiled so much while reading this book.

Alpha Creed

Alpha Creed

“And today’s business was…mafia business?” “A bit of both, but I can’t say much about it for now,” I admit, then I point to my left shoulder. “The eight-pointed stars tattooed on my shoulders is a Bratva insignia. You’ll see most of my men with the same tattoo, although I’m the only one with the same stars tattooed on my knees.” She’s quiet for a few seconds as she seems to be thinking it over, then she lays back and sighs. “That indicates that you’re in a higher position?” she asks, and I nod. “Ah, okay.”

J. Tarr did it again. Creed is such a physically strong character, I am getting goosebumps just reading about him. An extremely intriguing storyline and known characters were reintroduced in this epic saga. Can't wait to delve into Cherrie and Creed's story. Oh, I see what you did there. Double C ;)

Creed has definitely become my favorite Alpha ♡ This book has so many twists that you might end up dizzy (but in a good way). That ending was so emotional, and it gave us the closure we needed for the original Bratva series. And that last line, perfect! Can't wait to see what comes next!

The Fallen Alpha

The Fallen Alpha

she didn’t know it. The opaque eyes stared at her with a certain surprise and a little indignation, it was almost as if he screamed in her mind 'how dare you not know my name?', but still, he replied. He responded in a cold and troubled way, as if he did not present himself to another being... for millennia. "Kalias" he said with a husky and heavy voice "I am Kalias, the fallen alpha of montdust". Kalias. The name seemed to resonate in the mind of the girl, Kalias who came from Kalos and meant... beauty.

The Fall

The Fall

We were near a small clearing, and I thought I could sketch the landscape. I sang softly to the song that I asked them to play at my fathers funeral, "Yelling at the sky, Screaming at the world. Baby, why'd you go away? I’m still your girl, Holding on too tight, Head up in the clouds, Heaven only knows where you are now..." Hunter laid across my legs, as I drew in my book. "How do I love? How do I love again? How do I trust, How do I trust again? I stay up all night, tell myself I'm alright. Baby, you're just harder to see than most, I put the record on, wait ’til I hear our song. Every night, I'm dancing with your ghost. Every night, I'm dancing with your ghost..." I pulled out the unopened

The Decadence of The Fallen

The Decadence of The Fallen

I didn't know why but out of all the boys in school, my heart decided to fall for The Decadence of The Fallen's "Ice Prince" and lead vocalist. A nobody falling for the most popular boy in school had to be the greatest cliché of the century. A sort of cosmic joke that the universe decided to play on a mere mortal like me. And everyone in the whole universe seems to be laughing but me...

The Assassin's Obsessions: The Confradia Assassins IV

The Assassin's Obsessions: The Confradia Assassins IV

“Your tattoos are beautiful.” I look at the tattoo of a skull surrounded by black flames. My whole right arm is decorated with tattoos from shoulder to wrist. My skin prickles with every caress of her fingers, but I don’t stop her from touching me. The tattoo sleeve has several tribal symbols, and there are a seal trident and a frogman tattoo on my shoulder. Each tattoo represents something in my life. The skull represents my status as an Assassin, and the cross is a play on my name. Her finger moves down the line of my intricate cross, then to the inside of my rib cage, where I have an inscription. Qui velit, ut vivat in aeternum.

Falling, Fallen.

Falling, Fallen.

He gave off the typical sportsman vibe. Sasha too was dressed normally in a jumper hoodie and leggings with her blonde hair in a high ponytail. "La Forde is the best choice." Sasha stated, letting the rest of the gang follow her to the decided restaurant. La Forde was the only five star restaurant around Amaryllis. They held positive reviews with service, so there was never a time people said something off about it. The gang arrived at La Forde with directions from the google map and gaped at the golden coloured building. There weren't enough words to describe the building. Nobody in the gang ever came here before so everyone was shocked.

Frequently Asked Questions

Riley Oh is the heart and soul of 'The Last Last Fallen Star', and she's such a refreshing protagonist! What I love about her is how relatable she feels—she's got this fierce loyalty to her family, especially her adopted sister Hattie, but she also struggles with feeling like an outsider in their magical Korean-American Gom community. The way Graci Kim writes her makes her leap off the page; you can practically feel her frustration when she can't perform magic like everyone else, and her determination when she risks everything to save Hattie.

What really stuck with me was how Riley's journey isn't just about magic—it's about identity, belonging, and the messy, beautiful bonds of sisterhood. The scene where she takes the forbidden spell to share Hattie's magic? Chills. It's rare to find middle-grade fantasy that tackles such deep themes with this much warmth and humor. Also, can we talk about how cool it is to see a protagonist who isn't the Chosen One™ but becomes heroic through sheer stubborn love?
