I fought to maintain my balance, the ground beneath me unforgiving in its uneven terrain. As my vision faltered, I could no longer track Draxler's movements. The blows came with a ferocity that transcended the physical realm. I stumbled, a step away from losing my footing entirely. In a final, desperate attempt to stand my ground, I braced for the impact that would decide the course of our battle. The fall was inevitable. Gravity asserted its dominance, pulling me down to the unforgiving ground. I landed on my back, the impact reverberating through my battered body. Alpha Draxler loomed over me, a predatory silhouette against the moonlit night.

It didn’t even take a minute when all the five members of the opponent team disappeared out of sight, screaming as they fell down into the snake pit underneath. She smirked, thinking that it’s over and that was way too easy for them. They waited for a moment, thinking the shaking will soon cease. But they were baffled when instead of ceasing, the platform shook stronger and harder. It is starting to get extremely difficult to keep themselves on top and not lose their balance, topple over and fall down. They were all so confused because they thought the game only requires them to push the opponent team off of the platform and game over, they win. But it appears to be not the case.

I turned my phone off and slowly placed it in my back pocket, since I can’t get any sleep I decided to go down for fresh air. Even at this delicate time of the day, the hospital was still buzzing with different activities, I slowly made my way downstairs and out of the hospital building, immediately I got downstairs I placed my hands in my back pocket and slowly lifted my gaze to the sky, I inhaled deeply and exhaled slowly, I should feel relieved but I do not, it seemed like I got of out one issue to come into another, perhaps the reason I couldn’t bring myself to sleep was because I feel extremely nervous about tomorrow. “Do it. You’ll be dead before you hit the ground.” We stood frozen. I couldn’t breathe. Then—* A click. But not from Graham.* From behind him. “Drop the gun,” Maya’s voice rang out. Graham stiffened. His head turned, just enough to see the barrel of a pistol pressed to the back of his skull. He cursed under his breath. “Now,” she said. He dropped it. Jillian moved quickly, grabbing the gun, yanking Graham forward by the collar, and slamming him against the wall with a force that made my bones rattle.

First I wobble on my feet when I try to reach higher and grab the tampon which of course makes me lose balance, I try to keep myself from falling by holding onto the woman’s shoulders but that is an even more terrible idea because she obviously hates me and wants me off her body as soon as possible. Before I could catch myself, I fell back and tumbled down the rocks. I must have fallen a good twenty feet. The only thing that stopped me was the jagged rock I hit since my belt snagged on it. Although I knew I needed to get up to continue after Luka, I was in too much pain to move. Even the ability to log out was too much to bear at this moment. “Reyna!” I heard Luka’s frantic yell, causing me to look up the hill. I suppose he had heard me fall because he was now rushing down the rocks, slipping occasionally but it didn’t slow him down. I wanted to remind him that for me this was just a game, but I didn’t see the point. It was still very real to him.
