Rise of The Fallen

Rise of The Fallen

The loss of life was staggering today, and when the dust settled I could only hope things were better, different, the world we had hoped for. “Cain” the old Nephilim began, his hands applying gentle pressure to my side, where blood was continuing to seep out. “You need to rest.” I grunted in response, hauling myself to my feet. Wanting to simply pass out and never wake up. Just join Verity and Shamshiel wherever their spirits were, but I knew that was not to be. I headed toward my room, my feet dragging on the ground and my head bent low. I swung by the kitchen area, grabbing a bit of food and quickly devouring it on my way to my room. If I was lucky maybe I would choke on it. Kicking off my

Caged To Her Obsessive Alpha

Caged To Her Obsessive Alpha

"Don’t try to hide it." "Fallon," Elleric begins, seeming unsure. "It seems that she suddenly fell ill and was on the brink of..." "Death," I finish for him, feeling my heart clench painfully. Just the thought of a world without Fallon hurts like hell. "That’s right," Elleric confirms. "But they managed to stabilize her, and she is recovering." "Great!" I sigh, slowly beginning to relax. "That’s great." Fallon was fine, which meant whatever it was that I feared didn’t manage to happen, but then why was I still struggling to remain in control? Something wasn’t making sense here, was this not connected to Fallon and Anika?

Back To You

Back To You

I groan as I get up from the toilet foor, and I walked to my bag. I am not Axel. Axel Lockwood is dead. I am Caden Manchester. Despite knowing how the trip goes, I still take it. The mild feeling of euphoria, of happiness, the feeling of accomplishment, of what my family would have been if Vincent wasn't a fucking Psychopath. Fiona is not back yet, maybe she's really angry, maybe I should let her in, but what if she flees?. I brought out the cocaine, I didn't waste a minute in snorting it in. I took the sleeping pills, dropped three down my throat, I just need to rest. I closed my eyes, and I laid on the bed. I awaited the solace but it never came.

Torn by Obsession

Torn by Obsession

--- Extraction – 0355 hours Sophia met Rafael at the emergency exit as the facility’s alarms blared. “You okay?” she shouted. “Better now,” he said, clutching the drive. “We have what we need. It’s over.” They ran as the mountain rumbled behind them. Snow fell from trees. Flames erupted from hidden vents. Explosions tore through the domes. Sanctum 9 collapsed. Rafael and Sophia, bloodied and breathless, stood on the cliffside as the last of Lazarus died in fire. She turned to him, tears streaking her soot-covered cheeks. “You came back.”

Falling for the Alpha

Falling for the Alpha

Alex said, pulling out his phone. I sat back, listening as the boys chatted about football and pack politics. All I could think about, though, was what was going to happen now. I was being taken back to Black Moon, where there was no place I could go undetected it would be so much easier for Alpha Xavier to find me. It was then that I realised my wound hadn't healed, and even if I wasn't a Darach, I should have healed by now. “I still haven't healed,” I exclaimed loudly.

The Transcendent Zombie System

Previously, when he first stepped foot in the inner grounds of the Mountain Range of the Fallen Rocks, he bumped into two Mad Ox Dark Race beings. ‘The abandoned city is not too far away from there!' However, nothing mattered to him anymore as all the zombies of the Apocalyptic Legion had been upgraded to Rank 9 Zombies. All of a sudden, a smile was plastered on Lucas' face. I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

I believe no updates is due to the platform not the authors themselves. Many of the books I’m reading are not updated as well. It is possible the authors are not able to upload their chapters on the platform

Alpha’s regret : The return of his rejected mate

in it. The ruins of the houses were softened by it. The cars on the highway were white mounds. "Snow in July?" Kai asked, adjusting his goggles. "It's not snow," I said. The air tasted stale. Musty. Like opening a tomb that had been sealed for a thousand years. I jumped down from the ridge. THUD. I walked up to a pine tree. It was entirely encased in the white substance. I touched it. It was soft. Warm. Mold. A massive, valley-wide fungal infection. "It's eating everything," I said, pulling my hand back. The mold tried to cling to my finger, but my body heat burned it off. "Look at the ground," Kai pointed. I looked. The mold wasn't just sitting there. It was pulsing. Squish... squish... Th
