Ethan frowned. “And this Overlord just… woke up tonight?” Lucian finally spoke. “Yes.” His tone was far more serious than usual. “And that’s very bad news.” Raven crossed her arms. “Explain.” Lucian exhaled slowly. “The Overlord is older than the Alpha Kings.” Ethan blinked. “Older?” Lucian nodded. “He is the ruler of the creatures from the other realm.” Hayes added quietly, “The first king of monsters.” Ethan stared at them.
