I read the book as soon as I arrived home, just to be surprised by what it said. "Impossible! Impossible is what you're asking for!" I talked to the book after I read that page. It was as if it could hear me. What was posted there was, "There is only one weapon that can kill and destroy the chosen one. It's not a thing but a creature. A beautiful creature that is created by the king of demons' son and a mermaid, out of love.

It’s a mermaid! I was astonished to see a mermaid in real life. I gaped while looking at her, though my shock wasn't as strong as before. Elves, a golem, and now a mermaid. It seems I have really stepped into a fantasy realm. The mermaid sat on the rock and turned to face us. I was stunned looking at her beauty. Long red hair, fair skin, and green fish tail. She looked just like Ariel from The Little Mermaid fairytale.

Those authors knew something about the world that the rest of us could only dream of. Perhaps there is truth in all fairy tales and when the war is won, I wish to find out if mermaids exist in the dark corners of the ocean. Elder magic could help me swim down to Atlantis and let me greet them with a salty kiss. The moon goddess is strong with the tide and her bonds with wolves are eternal.

His red eyes deepened, indicating his desire to sort things out. "One of the book of history has gone missing last night. The Book of Creation. And then this morning, it is found on its shelf again. Not a piece was taken nor changed," Merko said. I had been to their library a couple of times and had seen that book. 13-15 Mermaid....15-20 River Nymph...21-22 River nymph only had a couple pages, same as Leviathan. I had heard of that before, and it made me uneasy to think as little was known about river nymphs as a leviathan. I opened the pages, flipping through them. I could see hand drawings of several types of beasts, some fish shaped, some with tentacles and multiple heads. I was surprised when I got to page twenty-one and saw no drawings.

Welcome guys, this is another story of mine. So this book is basically a paranormal-ish story. It may contain werewolves, demi-gods, mermaids, titans, fairies, satyr and other supernatural beings as we move on. If you've read my first story, A Beautiful Secret, and have been there through Galaxia and Xavier's bumpy and bittersweet journey, then you'll love this one. I’ve seen stories about mermaids getting rescued by a prince, of course, they were cursed by an evil witch or person, but they were saved by a prince in a fairytale. However, for me, I am the evil witch in this story, I came for revenge and not for romance, romance was only an additional benefit I got, a bonus book or ingredient. I didn’t long for it, although a part of me wondered what would happen if things were a little easier, I admit that having the feelings of love was nothing but a burden for a mermaid like me, whose whole purpose is to get even, to make humans suffer the way my people did.

"We need them gone." She nods in understanding. "Gails and Devon are coming with Travis and this," She pauses and flashes me a devilish smile, "is Radiance." Damn, she noticed the way I looked at her. Radiance is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Her hair is long and flowing; a fierce color of orange/red. Her tail matches her hair perfectly. A bright orange tail with the tips of her fins are a beautiful ruby red. She has big, round, emerald green eyes surrounded by thick eye lashes. She shyly smiles a small smile to me and then darts her eyes down. Clearly humbled to be in my presence. "Thank you for assisting us today Radiance. I apologize for it being so early in the morning." I respectfull

She fixed it up and made it nice and sat it in her backpack for the clumsy boy she met at Deadmans Bridge. But overall, he's nothing how her mother described him to be. She always told her to stay away from white men because of how dangerous they are, especially to people like Ariel. Ernest wasn't like that all, in fact, he's more of a danger to himself than anyone else, really. After Ariel finished her shower, she went into her room and put on her clothing for today, a yellow dress and yellow bow with her little black shoes. Once Ariel finished lotioning down and putting on her clothes, her biggest challenge had come, her hair.

But unlike him, they spent their lives with their partners, of course hidden from the world and it's sharp piercing eyes. Scarlet suddenly stopped reading and thought for a while in her mind... ‘If I am to be a mermaid or so called fish who have numerous powers and according to this book , a mermaid could be born only from a mermaid, then does it ... does it mean that .. that.......Ooooohhh ...! Holy shit ..' She thought for a while and being amazed she stopped the reading and placed a bookmark in the book . She was in a hurry and headed out of the library taking the book along with her.
