CLAIRE's POV I sat cross-legged on my bed, surrounded by stacks of books and parchment scrolls, which I had fished from the library. The room was silent except for the occasional rustle of pages as I delved deeper into my father's clan history. The more I read, the more fascinated I became with their powers. My father's clan had the ability to move objects with their minds. It was called telekinesis, and it allowed them to manipulate the world around them in ways that were almost unimaginable. They could lift heavy objects, move things without touching them, and even fly through the air with ease.

He was shocked by what he read. “Imagine you are an experienced urban fantasy writer. Write me the prologue of an animesque urban fantasy set in a fictional muslim country where everyone has powers to control elements (Fire, earth, water and air) and a second ability unique to them. Don’t call the powers magic. The world should be ruled by powerful clans who rule over cities and answer to an emperor in the capital. The hero of the story should be part of one of the clans but have no powers. He should have only one true friend with everyone, including his family and love interest, looking down on him. He can have a mentor figure who helps him while another mentor figure continuously sabotages

"Looking for this?" the thing asked, holding up its hand. Blue flames danced around its fingers - my blue flames. "Give it back!" "Oh, I don't think so. This power is far too useful to waste on a child who doesn't understand what she has." It flexed its fingers, and the blue fire grew brighter. "With this, I can unravel every supernatural tie in existence. Turn friends into enemies. Make the strongest warriors forget why they fight."

My power is called chlorokinesis, which is the ability to control and manipulate all vegetation. It a powerful gift and there are few limitations. I can move trees and plants with my mind. I can also manipulate them to grow exceptionally large very quickly. I can turn a seedling into a full-grown fruit bearing tree in minutes. I can also sense the trees and roots speaking to each other.
