The Crimson Grimalkin - Book 5

The Crimson Grimalkin - Book 5

For even though the doors are sealed, they could be opened once more. “Is that it?” I ask Sunu when she finishes reading. Utterly disappointed if that’s all the book says. It feels like a huge build-up to nothing. Nothing that we didn’t already know anyway, except that there are four stones, not just the one hanging around my neck. “There’s more,” Hesitantly Sunu speaks and her eyes drift to catch Althea’s, who nods her head at the older woman to carry on. As if giving her permission to read what it says.

Ms. Supernatural
I absolutely love this book, actually, the whole series! I’m sure I’m not alone in saying that this series should not only be published in hardcover but transformed into either an epic movie or miniseries! I would definitely buy DVDs!! You have an amazing imagination and a gift for being an author!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

REGRET THE HUNGRY GOD

REGRET THE HUNGRY GOD

So I just stood there, letting him hold my hand, letting the wind whip my hair around my face, letting the moment be what it was. Then the ground shook. --- It was subtle at first. A vibration through the stone beneath our feet. Kael was on his feet instantly, pulling me behind him, his body a shield. The standing stones began to glow. Not the faint pulse from before. A deep, angry red. The symbols carved into them blazed like fresh wounds. The hum that had been comforting became a roar. The bone in my hand grew hot again. You have taken something from us, the stones thundered. Not a hum now. A voice. Ancient. Inhuman. The fragment you bound was ours. She was growing into a vessel. A door. Y

The Goddess Vessel

The Goddess Vessel

They didn't look special. "These are not just any stones," Sage said. "Under moonlight, they burn with blue fire. Sacred fire. Dangerous fire. They say it connects the living to the spirit world." My eyes widened. "And you want me to touch that?" "I believe the fire will speak to your soul," he said seriously. "It might be the only way to awaken your true gift." I took a deep breath and my whole body was trembling, but I nodded. "Okay. Let's do it."

Healing with the monster

Healing with the monster

I took a piece of sharp white chalk we used for marking paper reams and pressed it against the dark, cold stone to open Chapter 170: They believe that if they break your iron, seize your paper, and search your rooms, they have burned the story to ash. They do not realize that ash is not the end of the fire—it is simply what remains when everything soft has been burned away. You can confiscate a press, but you cannot search a mind; you can ban the paper, but the stone remains. Chapter 170 is written on what they cannot carry away. Julian slowly reached out and touched the broken iron lever, his face set in a hard, quiet line. Yusuf set his wooden block on the table, picking up a hand-carved

Sapphire (Book #3 of the Jewel Series)

Sapphire (Book #3 of the Jewel Series)

Chuck comments. “And who did you see?” Dad asks. “Mateo.” Chuck deadpans. The entire room goes quiet. That was not who any of us expected Chuck to say he saw. I felt Sapphire stiffen in my arms before she got up and walked out of the room. I watched as she left the room heading somewhere in my parents house. I look at Dad and Carmine. Carmine tilts his head telling me to go after her. I make my way through the house looking for my precious jewel. I finally found her hidden deep in my mothers garden. She is sitting on the bench with her knees pulled up against her with her head laying on her knees.

Alpha Thomas

Alpha Thomas

“I recall feeling a rock, the way it glowed. You and Gelo activated the others. Everything gets a bit hazy after that. I think there was an earthquake.” “It really does feel like the ground shakes when the stones are in action.” “What exactly are they?” Thomas smiled, but her serious expression quickly wiped it away. “The stones are ancient, older than anything you can imagine. They were given to our family to protect.” “And they can transport people from one location to another?” “Yep.” “So, a few rocks sent me to Scotland overnight?” “Yep, that’s right.” Hera was still skeptical but couldn’t shake off the strange events from the night before. “You mentioned I was in danger last night, and

Freya Rose Book Four ~ Heartbroken By A Hunter

Freya Rose Book Four ~ Heartbroken By A Hunter

Freya Rose I flew into the woods as soon as I arrived in redwood meadows. I descended, then calmly prepared myself to meet Kali. It wasn't long before Mina could smell Finnley, and we followed the scent until we saw a large van and a car. I approached cautiously, I knew she wouldn't dare hurt me, because the council needed me, but I didn't know if she'd done anything to Finn. “Freya, I'm glad you finally came to your senses,” Kali said sarcastically as she exited the van.

Obviously the story line is good as I've read up to book 4. I must say I hate Freya a little bit at this point in time but who knows if that will change. Onto book 5. I wonder if that's where it ends for Freya?
Somerset Phillips
words cannot describe how amazing this author is !! I have remained glued to the stories and on the edge of my seat throughout. The books should be in a book store ! I truly hope someone finds these books and makes them into a move as that would be truly exceptional... eagerly awaiting the next book

STONE HEARTED

STONE HEARTED

He tenderly wiped away my tears, his touch comforting amidst the emotional disruption. "Are you leaving me?" I choked on the words, my heart aching at the thought. "I would never truly leave you, but I have to go," he managed a weak smile. "Where are you going?" I inquired, confusion mixing with my grief. "Up there," he pointed upwards, indicating heaven. "Please take me with you. I can't imagine a life without you," I pleaded, my desperation evident. "I can't bring you along. You must continue living without me," he whispered gently, and I began to see him fading away, like mist dispersing with the dawn.

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

The blank page filled, not with pictures, but a single, blood-red word written over and over in frantic ancient script: BETRAYAL. BETRAYAL. BETRAYAL. The Speaking Stone changed, the black weeping cracks glowed the same fierce red. The stone wasn’t breaking, it bled light. A violent crimson beam shot from its top, piercing the dome and striking the nearest stone, which fired a beam to the next, and so on, until the valley was connected in a web of bloody light. The thump… thump… of the army stopped. The dome vanished, in its place was a net of raw, painful memory.

Fated to the Alpha Stepbrother

Fated to the Alpha Stepbrother

the Seer ground out, her milky eyes tracking the shape beneath the towels. "I messed up," I sobbed, pulling the towels away to reveal the gray stone. "I used the fluid blast from the thin book, but it did this. Please tell me you can undo it." The Seer stepped closer, her gnarled fingers tracing the cold limestone cheek of Ravena. She closed her eyes, murmuring a low, rhythmic chant that made the dust in the hut dance. A pale light flickered from her palms, washing over the stone before snapping off like a dead wire.
