The werewolves in the past were hunted and used for experiments for the witches to achieve a spell they were never been able to do. It was to be able to trans mutate into animals. The witches could not find the secrets to doing the spell. there was only one witch that was able to do such a thing. That witch was the grand witch. No other witch could figure out how she was able to achieve such greatness or learn her secret in doing the spell.

The mere thought of her living so close is maddening, to want every moment to smell her and touch her, and at the same time being disgusted at the thought of cheating my late mate. But i have to face the truth. She is dangerous. I know that witches contact her frequently and they all try to get her in their coven, but what will happen when she chooses one? The others will have to protect themselves, and, knowing the witches here, none is strong enough to face her head-on. They will use schemes and cunning means to get to her, and there will be casualties. War will break out and, at some point, werewolves will have to interfere to protect our own.
