Fire streamed from his jaws, a torrent of molten flame that smashed against the fox’s other tails, forcing the beast back with a furious shriek. The fox staggered but recovered instantly, its nine tails lashing like whips of pure energy. One slammed into Kade, hurling him across the clearing and carving a crater into the ground. Another tail shot upward, meeting Damien’s fire with a flare so bright it seared Sera’s eyes. Sera dropped to her knees, trembling, clutching her chest as her own hands sparked with that faint silver light again, wild, uncontrollable. Kade rose from the rubble, fur bristling, eyes blazing gold. His growl shook the ground. Mine to protect. He lunged again, claws catch

Roman was suddenly directly in front of me holding onto my hands as his eyes bore into mine. “Roman be careful you don’t know what she is truly capable of!” Hearing the sound of Axels voice the heat was quick to return. Letting out a feral sounding growl I shoved Roman aside throwing fire directly into him. “I wouldn’t waste your time love.” The way he laughed caught me off guard. “Do you forget that I was born a fire element?” Truthfully, I had however now the story Roman had told me sprung straight to the forefront of my mind.

the voice says on a hiss. Gunfire erupts. “Hunters,” Liam yells. I throw up a wall of flame instinctively, fire exploding from my palms as silver bullets hit the blaze and melt midair. “Fuck, I could kiss you,” I yell at Felix. My power hums in my vein, strong, controlled, part of me. I’m not arrogant enough to think I could have come this far on my own. “I’ll take a rain check,” Felix shoots back. Felix and Liam crash through the wall of fire and start to attack the Hunters. The display of fire gave us an advantage, a small moment of shock, which they had to collect themselves from.

I can only seem to breathe heavily and moan like I was in some kind of heat. I was though. I was very hot at the moment. It was like someone had set me on fire. And that someone was the alpha of the Crimson Moon pack. Xavier soon grows impatient, the flicks of his tongue getting desperate as he sought for something. I hear the sound of papers being swiped aside, books thrown and I swore I heard something break. But Xavier doesn't pull away, neither of us do. My hands reach in his hair, tugging at his soft strands as I am too desperate for something he alone can give me.

Fast is exactly what I want.” Reed stepped closer, his presence overwhelming. “Careful, Firefly. You’re igniting something... and I don't plan on letting it burn out."

I didn’t want to argue with her in front of Justin, so I said, "I need you to come with me." "I’m not coming with you, and you can’t fire him," She said. I couldn’t help but roll my eyes. Day by day, she gets more stubborn. "If you don’t come with me, I swear to God I will fire him, and I will make sure he never gets hired again," I said, my voice heavy with sincerity. I won’t hesitate to do that — after all, I don’t even care about Justin. Osline hesitated, but when she saw the sad look on Justin’s face, her heart must have melted, because she finally gave in. "Fine. I’ll go with you."

Her eyes occasionally looked at Bryan, as if asking without speaking, did he mind? Since there was no protest, Celine grew bolder. Giving a light stroke there, as well as her body which she surrendered to Bryan's embrace. Her head also rested comfortably on Bryan's chest. She let her ears hear how Bryan's heart was beating. Strong. With a rhythm that made Celine comfortable. Not to mention the masculine scent that Celine could smell from some of Bryan's body.

It was like fireworks went off, and I couldn't help but get swept away in the wave of passion. McKenzie groaned deeply as she practically sucked on my tongue. Her fingers slipped out of my hair and let go of my neck before her hands trailed across my skin with a feather-light touch that made my entire body ache for more and settled them behind my thighs before she easily hoisted me up, causing my legs to instinctively wrap around her waist. My arms found their place around her neck, pulling her even closer, as if wanting to merge into her entirely---and god, I really did. Her strong hands cupped my butt cheeks, and a soft whimper escaped my lips as she squeezed them, sending shivers of pleas

The pressure in my chest is too much. “Part of the curse, little rogue” I snap, my hands clenching into fists at my sides. “I don’t get to choose. I don’t get to break the bond. Whoever she chooses—whoever is marked to bear the weight of my fire—is tied to me. Permanently.” She stands still then, her face pale, like I’ve struck her with a blow that I never meant to land. But she doesn’t back away. She’s not afraid of me—not anymore.

A.N. – Thank you all for your dedication to Fire and Ice, the story from here on out will include chapters from the POV of both Roman and Amber, the next few chapters will be Ambers entirely as we get to know her better and finally learn all about what has been going on between her and the Beta, but don’t worry, we haven’t heard the last of Tristan and Cali just yet.
