I frowned, trying to slow myself as I shoveled food into my mouth. “I think that man is my dad. I saw my mom in his memories, they were together for some time. It was before he found his mate, and she hers.” Helena whispered, her eyes down on her plate. “He was an Alpha, Rachel.” My chewing slowed, and I eyed Helena in an entirely different light.
