Dark of Night

Dark of Night

The rooms up here are just as damaged and vandalized as downstairs, with cracks in the drywall and water damage from rain and snow. There’s a spiral staircase in a closet, which seems a little strange to me at first. There are no lights up here, so Lucas and I both get out our phones for light. Lucas doesn’t need it, of course, but the extra light helps me see. The attic is large, with tall ceilings and solid wood flooring. The energy shifts again, and I’m picking up something more personal…like a specific energy belonging to one person. “What’s through here?” I ask, pointing to a little door in the wall.

The Billionaire's Flower

The Billionaire's Flower

The note crunches in my hand as I consider my options. “Fine. Let's see if we can have an honest conversation, Mr. Mystery,” I speak to thin air. As the clock struck noon and I made my way to the third floor, I was surprised by the lack of attention this floor had received. The hallways were coated in a thin layer of dust and the artwork on the walls depicted unfamiliar people. Once I was done analyzing the strange shift in atmosphere from the rest of the house, I found a set of two large dark oak doors. There was a warm light shining from underneath and dust around them had been disturbed.

Carrying The Billionaire's Heir

Carrying The Billionaire's Heir

I'm tired of being a coward and choosing the mediocre. If Lorcan wants to play a game then, so be it. I'm gonna show him how to play it, correctly. Trixy is full again and she took me to the apartment smoothly. After getting the keys, i left her in the garage and turned around to my abode. But to my surprise, Atticus is standing before the door with a bouquet of red roses on his arms. "Hey. What... brings you here?" I can't take off my eyes from the flowers. It just feels kind of weird.

Where the Flowers Go

Where the Flowers Go

A knot of anxiety grew in his stomach, but he was stuck there until the ceremony ended. Just as the bride was about to walk down the aisle, the courier handed Frank a bouquet. Susanna was mid-speech, and Frank nodded with a smile, lifting the flowers. However, his face went ghostly white when he saw the card. The courier said, "Sir, there's also a video. The lady who sent these flowers wanted you to see it. "She wishes you a lifetime of happiness with your chosen one and that she hopes you two never cross paths again—"

Dreaming of Flowers

Dreaming of Flowers

I knew my mom would be pissed that I was even considering marrying this man, but the thought of him with someone else made a ball of furious rage form in my chest. I swallow as we stop in front of a high entry way covered by hanging flowers. "Have fun, Lady Delilah." I smile at Chepi and walk through the flowers. Here we go. The greenhouse was probably twenty feet by twenty feet, with rounded edges rather than squared like the rest of the rooms. The ceiling was replaced with a crisscrossing wood pattern, no glass though, just vines and flowers and moss climbing over the wood. I wondered if it'd form a natural roof one day. The sides of the room have rows of seedlings just barely sprouting, f

DOMINATE ME

DOMINATE ME

"A little sanctuary I've had for years - somewhere I could go to escape from the world when things got too tough." Chad's heart swelled with affection as he realized just how much trust Cassandra was placing in him by sharing this part of herself. He followed her up the stairs, his hand resting gently on the small of her back. At the top of the stairs, they emerged into a small, cozy attic room. The walls were lined with bookshelves, filled with worn paperbacks and well-loved hardcovers. A large, plush couch sat in the center of the room, facing a small fireplace that crackled with a low, inviting flame.

The Broken Alpha

The Broken Alpha

Not against him. Then Atticus saw a crop of dead flowers. Their stems were a fresh, bright green, but their petals had wilted and withered until he could not tell what colour they had been before. Flowers were a change from the endless rolling fields he’d spent the better part of the morning marching through, so he went to them with an eagerness he had not displayed since he had been a child. Save for Lily’s eighteenth birthday, a dark part of his mind whispered snidely. Save for when you had a chance at love – before you ruined it all.

Making Her Ex-husband Regret

Making Her Ex-husband Regret

“Why you?” “Hush now,” Marybeth said and started to walk slowly towards Christa. Her gait was unhurried and soft. Her feet were quiet on the plush rug that was in his office. She stopped directly in front of her and was attracted to talk, “I’m sure you think once I’m gone, it’s going to be your turn to handle everything here. The money, the assets, and all that. But here’s something you don’t know,” She grabbed a lock of hair from Christa, yes she was that close, and twirled it around her hand repeatedly, “Every pretty flower will always be thrown away once curiosity has been satiated.” “Oh, so you’re a pretty flower then?” Christa leaned back from her presence, which prompted Marybeth to re

he says as I try to support him. I looked up and nearly burst into tears at what I saw. Florence's body pinned to the attic door. The hilt of a blade sticking out of her stomach. The door was ajar. I am like a bull seeing a red flag as I dart towards her. Whoever has done this to her needs to suffer, and I mean suffer. I am so angry as I push past her. “NNNOOO.” a man’s voice cries out from inside the attic. I walked up behind him, about to knock him out. Florence gives a little cough. She’s alive? Thank the goddess she is still alive.

This is not right. I read all the individual books until the war in the palace when the wolf council are defeated. Now that I am re reading, I have to pay again for the chapters that has already been paid. You also cut off Nik's story in the middle and made the half as book 4. official complain.

I Never Regretted Leaving You

I Never Regretted Leaving You

The Fletcher Manor. Thorne sat in a wheelchair, gliding alone on the cherry blossom avenue of the Fletcher Manor. His gaze, however, pierced through the swaying bushes and fixedly stared at the attic directly ahead. He saw William sneakily enter the attic carrying a food box, and it was only after a long time that he saw William sneakily come out again, still carrying the food box. But this time, Thorne did not give him any face, directly blocking William's path in the middle of the road, silently watching him perform.

i think the author needs to focus on finishing books rather than leaving lots of unfinished ones that leave your readers hanging and we do not want that. you would gain more followers and readers if you can concentrate on one story at a time and finish each book. more ongoing than completed books
SillyRabbit
This is one heck of a story. It has romance, betrayal, revenge, time travel, robots and tons of dramatic twists and turns. There are some translation mistakes here and there but overall, it’s well written.
