Flynn Ryder Mga Nobela at Kwento

“Get him out of here!” Ryder’s hand moved instantly, gripping Eyrix’s collar. The runes flared, suppressing the surge inside him. He gasped as the strange force inside him was shoved back down. The Rider sagged in relief, breathing hard. Ryder stared at Eyrix in shock. “So that’s how it works,” he murmured. “You flare, they lose control. I tighten this, and it stops.” Eyrix’s chest heaved. “You’re hurting me.” “I know,” Ryder said softly. “But you’re hurting them too.”

“I’m not dead. I’m right here. Look at me.” But he kept shaking, staring at me like I didn’t belong here. Then the papers slipped from his hand. One of them fell open, and I saw it. My face was printed clearly, with bold words across it. LUNA DORIS IS DEAD. My breath caught. “What… is this?” I whispered. Ryder reached us at that moment and picked up the paper. His jaw tightened as he scanned the flyer, like he was already thinking about who to destroy.

“You’re difficult to understand. And I never did meet a woman who stood out the way you did.” I looked down, fingers tracing the rim of my glass. “And what about you?” “What about me?” “What did you want, Nolan? Before the weight of a crown and a pack?” He hesitated. I could see it, the flicker of something behind his eyes, the ghost of a younger man he used to be. “I never really had the luxury of wanting,” he said. “From the moment I shifted, everything was duty. The Alpha’s seat was mine before I could even decide what kind of man I wanted to be.”

’ Clay’s voice comes over the mind-link. ‘All good, for some reason Dylan is protecting me’ I laugh, until Clay’s response ‘He’s in love with you’ I freeze, no, no this is wrong. I am about to respond when Trent's wolf arrives dripping in blood with a huge gapping wound to his right flank. Not that he seems bothered by it as he dives into the fight attacking the warriors from my grandfather’s side.

Ryder was certain that was the case when it was her turn again, and she insisted Maverick play. Ryder lined his shot up and froze when he heard her sultry voice whisper his name in his ear. He closed his eyes, took a breath, and exhaled as he opened his eyes and took his shot. He wasn't the least bit surprised his shot was a disaster. He turned and grabbed his drink off the table. As he brought the glass to his lips, he heard her sultry voice whisper his name and he downed his drink in frustration. As soon as Ryder finished his next shot, his phone vibrated. He reached into his pocket and pulled his phone out. When he looked at the screen, his heart skipped a beat when he saw a familiar numb

His mouth trailed lower, skimming the sensitive spot beneath my ear, and I melted into the mattress with a gasp. The door burst open. “Oh, for fuck’s sake.” Ryder leaned against the doorframe, his arms crossed tightly over his chest. Morning light gilded the sharp angles of his face, highlighting the faint scar cutting through his brow—a souvenir from a fight he’d never talk about. His obsidian eyes burned into us, but there was no real anger there. Just a flicker of that raw, unspoken hunger he’d stopped trying to hide. Jaxon sighed, his breath hot on my neck. “You’re blocking the sun, Ryd. Either come in or go brood somewhere else.”

Ryder's heart felt heavy, each thud echoing his growing sense of aloneness. It wasn't just the absence of Kara that plagued him, but the growing rift within the pack. Once a united force, bound by loyalty and trust, they now stood divided. Fenrir, once a peer and equal, had soared on the wings of adulation, becoming a hero in the pack's eyes. Ryder's once assured place as their leader had crumbled, replaced by an unbridgeable distance that chilled him to the core.

--- Ryder’s POV I stood in the biting chill of the parking lot, the earlier confrontation with Hunter still smoldering in my veins. My cigarette dangled from my lips as I exhaled a long plume of smoke, each drag a reminder of the power I wielded over everyone around me. Hunter’s anger—raw and righteous—had always been predictable. His desperate need to shield Lily only made my smile widen. He thought his loyalty would somehow shield her from reality, but reality was my playground.

He leans down from time to kiss me on my lips. Suddenly, we are attacked, and we are surrounded by wolves. Ricky and I shift onto Black and Freya, and we begin to fight with them, ripping the heads of many of them as we fight for our lives. But as the fight breaks off, a massive gray wolf with fiery eyes emerges, and he knocks me unconscious. When I awake, Ricky is gone, and no trace is left of him other than a trail of blood.

THE TRIP RYDER “Who did this, goddammit?!“ I grunted harshly, holding the newspaper in a crushing grip as I read all the printed lies. “This is fabricated,“ “So you didn't kill him?“ “I fucking did. But–“ “I can't believe you killed him, Ryder!“ Jason cut me off with his cry of despair. “Best believe it. He hurt Hara. Death was the consequence.“ I flicked through the pages and back to the front page. “This is bullshit!“ “You just admitted you killed him,“ “Yes, I did. But whoever wrote this is trying to make me look sinister and monstrous. They're insinuating that I've lost my mind!“ “Well, you have. You fucking have!“ Jason ruffled his hair in distress. “How do you not listen?!“ “I killed h
