Freida Mcfadden Housemaid Series Mga Nobela at Kwento

This was beautiful, a perfect place to lose myself in my thoughts at the end of a long work day. Just as we got to the door, it unlocked and an elderly lady, in about her fifties opened up. She had a beautiful smile on her face and her white hair was like silver silk tied in an elegant bun. “Mrs. Fiona, lovely to meet you again.” “Likewise, Mr. Wright,” she said politely, curtsey deeply. I was astonished by how strong she was to still be able to do that. Mr. Wright introduced me to her and told me she was the maid and had been maintaining the house since Mrs. Catherine’s conviction and I had to give it to her, the place was spotless.

With happy heart Emily stepped into the area of the house that looked very quiet. Emily gulped, how could she possible be able to clean every corner of this house by herself? When the main door opened, Emily was even more surprised to find several housemaids doing their jobs. If the specter family had this many servants, why would they want to hire a employees for such high fee? Emily began to feel strange. "You are Emily Clark ?" a middle aged maidservant greeted her expressionlessly. Emily nodded her head. "Fellow me," said the maid servant as she walked straight ahead, while Emily followed her awkwardly.

As I slowly regained consciousness, soreness radiated throughout my body, and my head throbbed with a dull ache. Thoughts of the passionate night with Shraf flooded my mind, leaving me feeling kinda weary. Blinking against the brightness of the room, I glanced around, trying to make sense of my surroundings. My heart skipped a beat as I realized I wasn’t alone. A middle-aged woman stood at the doorway, her expression gentle and caring. “Ma’am, I was your new housemaid, Magdalena,” she said, her voice warm and comforting. “Your husband had hired me to take care of you.”

Though other maids could see a positive side to this, I couldn’t because it meant more people would visit the packhouse and more people visiting the packhouse would mean more errands for us. Running more errands wasn’t exactly my problem, the problem was running errands around people. I dreaded being around people because the more people in my space, the smaller I felt. “You have been on that spot for how long now?” The familiar voice of Freya, my cousin, made me turn to know who else was with her. It was Magda, the chief of the maids. I didn’t know when they entered because I was lost in thoughts. “And you are still standing there looking at what?” Magda asked.

A maid whispered to another, then quickly ran out of the living room. The last remaining maid fearfully walked to the dining room. She stood in a corner waiting for the boss to come down. A few seconds later, footsteps were heard descending the stairs. The maid shivered in fear. She looked up the stairs, and there was Frederick descending the stairs, with no care in the world. His face was contoured in anger, his aura blazed dangerously, almost choking the poor maid. He walked over to the dining table and took his seat. He beckoned the maid to dish out his meal. The maid fearfully began to do as he said. Her hands were so shaky that she spilled hot coffee on Frederick's leg. "What did you ju

At that time, she would retort like it was a matter of course, “I’m lazy, but I can hire a housekeeper. Aren’t you willing to hire a housekeeper after we get married in the future even though you’re earning so much money?” Patrick would only say, “I’ll hire a housekeeper, but you can’t be too lazy as a woman.” Therefore, Freya slowly began to change herself. However, after living with Rodney, aside from telling her off a little in the start, he did not mention those things anymore afterward. He would just let the housekeeper clean the villa. He did not let her do any dirty or tiring work. Even the fruits she ate were washed clean before they reached her hands. Maybe because that person was R

That didn't go down too well either. I could never tell the difference between the cleaning agents and would constantly substitute soap for bleach. Neema had received thousands of complains from the maids made to work with me and the occupants of the rooms I had cleaned. Finally in frustration, she had paired me with a wiry looming girl called Vianna and made me assist the girl. Vianna was a high ranking maid. She had direct access to the king's breakfast table. And while my fake limp made me slow, the one job I was able to do properly was balance stacks and stacks of plates.

but Aubrey remained silent, her gaze fixed on the ground. "You didn't listen to your mother. Apologize to my wife," Mrs. Davis demanded. Aubrey raised her eyes, met Davis's gaze, and stammered, "I-I-I am..." Interrupting her, Evan's voice resonated through the room. "My wife will not apologize to anyone," he declared, surprising everyone, including Mrs. Jane, who looked at Evan in disbelief. "Your wife?" Mr. Davis questioned, shocked. "Yes, both you and your mistress were berating my wife," Evan affirmed. "So, you married a maid," Mr. Davis sneered. Evan laughed and responded, "She is not a maid. She chooses to work because she enjoys it. Besides, you can marry any random woman off the stre

How much more could he have done for an unknown woman he had met just a few days ago? His little gesture touched me and overwhelmed me with gratitude for his actions. He did things for me without saying much. A week had passed, and I could no longer tolerate the suffocating confines of the hospital room any longer. The looming hospital expenses were now consuming my thoughts. I was a simple housekeeper, and the cost of my hospital stay was a burden I couldn't ignore. I had to think of a way to pay it. To my surprise, Mrs. Cha paid an unexpected visit. Her presence was like a breath of fresh air in the sterile hospital room. I was relieved to see her since she had always been my source of wis
