His phone suddenly rang on the desk. That was my phone. Since my family couldn’t be contacted, Mike had been holding onto it. I leaned in and saw that the message was from William. “Jennifer and I are getting married at the end of the month. You like money, don’t you? As long as you come, I’ll give you a million.”

She took her last piece of heart and left the restaurant. “I can’t continue this session any longer. I can’t even remember how I got here in the first place.” Amanda said lifting up her bag from the floor where she kept it and headed straight for the door. Just about twisting the knob, she heard Augusta's voice. “Have a nice life” She said out “I intend to” Amanda replied, twisting the knob and slamming the door behind her.

She shouts at me, with her hands on her hips, but I don’t hear her. I am simply relieved she blocks the door since it’s my only way out.
