She nodded and then turned to me and said, “then why don’t you incorporate both into what you wish to show us?” Adding both together? That wasn’t an impossible request, but it wasn’t something I had quite prepared for. Still, I had to impress them so I quickly thought up something on the top of my head. Taking the centre of the stage, I took a quiet but deep breath in, as I had learned to do many times during practice. Then, with a clear voice, I spoke out some lines, “if there is a story to be told, why should I not be the one to tell it? Do we all not have that choice to tell our own tales?”

I close my eyes , and I see all our memories play before my eyes. I feel my chest cave in as I feel the pain penetrate my heart. I see all the memories , from the day I had first saw him till the last time I saw him drive off. I feel my tears run down my face , though the water is scorching – my tears seem to leave a burn behind that makes the water seem ice cold. Too add salt to the wound , “Habits” start to play – which makes my entire surface , my entire put together self breakdown to nothing but pieces of brokenness.

A huge grin appears on my face as the memories flowed back. In the end, I found her. And she’ll be mine. If only Vivienne could see it. What an irony.

I plead with my siblings with my best puppy dog eyes trying to hold back the tears at the same time. They're not wavering though; I can see this in all four of their eyes. Setting my taco down, unlock my brakes to push lightly away from the table to head toward the mud room without a word. Switching to my other chair, I head out of the house more depressed than I have been in a while seeing that it hurts my siblings that mom won't let me see our youngest sibling; heading around to the front of the house, out the driveway toward the park. I need to try and get this out of my system. I know I should tell them where I'm going but I just need to be alone for a while.
