I Am The Alpha

I Am The Alpha

I ignored it hoping it would simmer and die from the lack of attention. The edges of the book in my hands were turning white, frost creeping over the pages like delicate lacework. I was blatantly failing. With a sharp exhale, I announced.“It’s freezing again.” From the couch across the room, Khalid let out an amused chuckle. “But hey, you held it longer this time.” “Two hours,” I quirked a brow in question as I glanced up to meet his face. He was grinning, all pearly whites in sight, looking far too relaxed for someone watching me unwillingly turn a self-help book into a Popsicle. Flavor? Bland useless knowledge with a sprinkle of aged dust.

Her Moon, His Song

Her Moon, His Song

Why hadn’t I brought a third book? I cook lunch early to give myself something to do and then head out for a walk. The air is crisp and fresh, the light layer of snow from the night before melting away, leaving behind a thick layer of dew on everything. I look back at the cabin and strongly consider swimming in the freezing lake rather than go read the book about fae mates some more. But the cold gets to me and I end up going inside. I groan while picking it back up. I’ll just skim those parts. I think.

Fire and Ice (The alliance Book 1)

Fire and Ice (The alliance Book 1)

I was late morning when Tristan entered the room pulling my head of the book, I looked at him in slight amazement. “We have the conference call in twenty minutes.” He greeted stepping into the room as I looked up. “What?” He asked and I held up the book. “Tristan, this book.” I stated not really knowing how to explain it. “It’s a novel, just a story that I found in the library, but it’s based on a family of werewolves, the two daughters, twins, were born with a special gift, they could produce fire and ice.” I uttered and watched as his brows rose. “They later became joint alphas of the their pack. Do you think this could be the story of the alpha twins that we were looking for?”

you know it's really disheartening to purchase the chapters of a book and find it's not finished and has not had an update in months. I believe that as customers, we should be reimbursed if the author is no longer going to update the story and finish it. I am very disappointed.

Loving this story! Lots of twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. The author did have some issues updating for a month or so, but we all have IRL issues. Glad she is back! Can’t wait to see where she will lead us next!

Finally Free: Book 1 Locked Up Lovers Series

Finally Free: Book 1 Locked Up Lovers Series

Joel POV We woke up early again today and as much as I wanted to just stay in bed with Miranda’s legs wrapped around me, I knew how important this day was to her so I stumbled out of bed and into the shower, turning the water to cold to help wake me up. I got used to taking cold showers in prison anyways as the water is lukewarm on a good day, but never gets actually hot. I found out a few years ago when I was reading one of Shotgun’s men’s magazine, that there are actual health benefits to cold showers including boosting immunity, decreasing depression, and increasing circulation. I close my eyes and let the water run over me before soaping up with shampoo.

DEEPEST REGRET

DEEPEST REGRET

Cheryl longs to be part of the Mawar family. "Here, sis. But the story is not understanding, in English. You read it." Jasmine gives a blue book with all the Frozen characters in it and the kingdom of Arandale as a backdrop. Cheryl, who is necessary for English, reads one by one straightforwardly. Cheryl's pronunciation is equivalent to a native speaker. The girl felt she had never learned anything. Everything flows naturally.

A Heart Frozen Over

A Heart Frozen Over

But I never expected that the moment I stepped out onto the balcony, Archie would lock the door behind me. Hearing the sound, I rushed back to the glass door and tried to get back inside. The northern winter was bitterly cold. Snowflakes fluttered through the air. There was no heating on the balcony, and since I was inside just moments ago, I was only wearing a thin set of loungewear. The cold wind swept through my clothes, and my limbs quickly stiffened. The icy pain gnawed at my bones, sending sharp, biting chills deep into my skin. I pounded on the glass door, screaming and begging for help.

My Boss Is In The Mafia?

My Boss Is In The Mafia?

Prequel- Chapter 1: Our First Snowy Meeting Alena Fleur I turned over a page leisurely, engrossed in the book I was reading. It was quieter than usual in the library, with only the occasional grumbles among the few students at failing to get a ticket to go home this winter vacation. However, that wasn’t my case.

FROZEN BY THE ALPHA

FROZEN BY THE ALPHA

The hungover w******l writer in me is screaming, but the mortgage won't pay itself. You want grit? You want the wolf? You want the ice? You get it all. No fluff. No filler. Just raw, jagged addiction. "Don't move." Finn Reyes froze. His shadows bled into the dark oak of the Reyes Villa study, his golden eyes blown wide, pupils swallowed by the amber iris. He looked like he was vibrating. Not from the cold—from the leash he was keeping on the Alpha inside him.

FROZEN LINES

FROZEN LINES

The sound of rustling pages faded, replaced by a sudden, violent rushing sound in my ears. White. Everywhere was blinding, freezing white. I wasn't sitting in a warm classroom. I was breathing in air so cold it burned my lungs . The smell of pine and wet earth overwhelmed my nostrils. I was moving, heavy and exhausted, my boots sinking deep into packed snow. There was a weight on my back. A heavy, solid weight. “Put me down, Foster,” a voice hissed in my ear. It was Ward’s voice, but it wasn't the calm, detached tone he used during lectures. It was raw. “I can walk. Put me the hell down.”

FADED (BOOK ONE)

FADED (BOOK ONE)

We begin swaying to the music as we keep glancing at each other. I have found my happiness and piece of mind even after a lot of struggles. Looking into Gabriel's eyes, I just know it that this is just the beginning of something bigger. I am happy to announce that FADED is a paid story on goodnovel with over 3K views. It honestly means a lit to me as a young writer. I urge you to continue supporting me by reading my other works on my profile. I will be dropping the synopsis and cover in some time. There is still a lot to discover for Lyka and so, don't miss out on book two which I will perhaps be dropping next year.
