I inserted a new chapter so it may seem like you had to pay for this one again but you should have gotten Ch20 which is new, for free if you'd already paid for 20. I just wanted to ensure I'd put out my best work and I felt this book needed more. I feel so much better about it now! No more rushing I hope!
