A man hit by a car in New York in 1977 got up uninjured, but lay back down in front of the car when a bystander told him to pretend he was hurt so he could collect the insurance money. The car then rolled forward and crushed him I don't own any of this stories. I found them in some creepy books. I'm thinking of writing my own scary stories, but not anytime soon. But, this Shin, I don't know why all the jokes I told him weren't funny to him, the jokes were funny. "Did you know the cockroach is the most handsome creature in the world?"

“Oh you like that? Well I also proposed to her the day I met her and she said no!” I groaned and covered my face, thinking about how embarrassing that was. “Oh, and then I gave her my virginity only to find out days later that she was sleeping with my best friend. So I went to go kill her ex and instead she almost died. Now she barely even likes me.” How do the Griffons find these sad stories so funny? I mean sure there’s some humor to it, but I consider it ‘you had to be there’ humor. “Thank you, I’ll be here a few more hours hopefully!” Hunter grinned and waved.

He finally finished and the others laughed and cheered. “Awkward to admit, but that turned me on,” Elsa mused and the others laughed. “Who’s next?” The nasty stories went on and Saïda kept cringing over and over. Asahd laughed so hard at her. Saïda heard all sorts of things that she wasn’t even sure were possible. They amused and shocked her at the same time. I exclaimed irritated.

“Let me guess. The time I fell out of a tree trying to rescue a cat?” “And get stuck yourself,” he finished, his grin widening. “Yep, that one made the highlight.” “Unbelievable,” I muttered. “Anything else?” “Oh, plenty,” he said, his eyes twinkling with mischief. “Like the time you tried to ride a bike down a flight of stairs because, and I quote, ‘It’ll totally work.” I groaned louder, hiding my face in my hands. “Why does he share the most humiliating stories?” “Because they’re funny,” he said, his tone light but teasing. “And, if I’m being honest, kind of impressive. I mean, you survived riding a bike down stairs. That’s bold.”

She started laughing out loud, as if it was the funniest thing she had heard on a rain-drenched, starving afternoon. “See, how infectious our madness is. No one can escape it. But…okay…listen now. This thing…if you can do this thing, Jaanvi won’t tell him.” she said, her derisive laughter now settling in some sort of a crooked idea. “What?” I said. I just hoped she didn’t come up with the same rotten condition of sending my stories to The Assam Tribune or take up a few private tuition assignments like Nisim and she were doing. I wrote almost every day, trashed those the next day. Well, I didn’t trash them literally, but, felt that all that I had written was nothing more than zilch.

I smiled, intrigued by her enthusiasm, and leaned back in my chair, silently encouraging her to continue. Sophia launched into a series of stories, each one more silly and entertaining than the last. She told me about the time she had accidentally spilled coffee all over her shirt and had to walk out of the shop with a giant stain on her chest. She told me about the time she had tried to order a complicated coffee drink and had ended up with a concoction that was completely undrinkable. And she told me about the time she had met a friend at the coffee shop and had ended up getting into a heated argument with him over something ridiculous. As she talked, I found myself becoming more and more

Kyle, with a twinkle of mischief in his eyes, said, "Mom, do you have any funny stories from your school days?" Valerie, reminiscing, chuckled, "Oh, plenty! One time, my friends and I tried to organize a surprise birthday party for our teacher, but she accidentally found out and pretended to be surprised. We were so caught off guard!" The kids, captivated by the story, burst into laughter. Kelly teased, "Mom, you were a mischievous one too!" Valerie, joining in the laughter, added, "Well, life is full of little adventures and surprises. Those moments make the best stories, don't they?"

I start with a small giggle on my face. “I spent my day work all day, mmm at my family company” I laugh. “W-what! That was so boring” Z laughs. “Huh, and I got drunk in the middle of the night, in my bedroom floor, and woke up on couch all the time” I end. Both of us laughing because of the story, our faces are getting red because of the laugh. “Oh, my goodness! That’s insane!” Z tried to stop her laughs and leave a little giggle on her face. “Yeah, my life was insane!” I laugh softly.
