Then he chuckled softly, shaking his head as he said, “I missed you, Harps, I missed your smiles and laughter. How the hell did you stay here all alone for so long, Harper, how did you do it?” he asked, wiping cookie crumbs from his mouth as we both laughed out loudly, laughing at our stupidity. “I felt miserable, Liam. My God I was so lonely, and sad, I thought I would go crazy!” I blurted out, speaking the truth shamelessly. It made us laugh, loud and free, that was exactly how I felt and I’m not ashamed to say it.
