Madeline’s POV The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. The space was decorated in a simple yet elegant style, with a soothing color palette of light beige and soft blue. The walls were painted in a light shade of beige, creating a calming backdrop for the room. The colors reminded me of summer. I felt like I was on a beach. The bed was the centerpiece of the room, with a plush duvet and a multitude of pillows inviting you to sink in and relax. The headboard was a sleek and modern design, upholstered in a textured blue fabric that added a touch of sophistication to the room.

The night everything exploded, I had just stepped out of the shower when Racheal entered my room without knocking-again. "Do you ever-" I started, then stopped. She was wearing one of my shirts. Only my shirt. And the top three buttons were undone. "You were saying?" she asked innocently. "Racheal..." She crossed the room slowly, like she owned the space. Like she owned me. "I can go back to the cold, uncomfortable guest room," she said softly, "or I can stay here, where I don't have nightmares." My jaw clenched. I carried Sapphire up to our room and looked at all that she had done in the room with the helpers. The walls were gold, silver, black, white, green, and green marble, just like our desks. Our dressers, end tables, and bed frame were all made from oak trees. The carpets were gold and black plaid style and the curtains were silver and white with little green and blue designs. The bed was a California King and took up a lot of space in the huge room. Wait, how did they know orange is my favorite colour. Jace walked further down the hall,"This is the bathroom, there is one up here and one downstairs. The one downstairs are for mainly guests" He explained. We walked back to my room, I took my time to examine it. The bed was queen-sized with a burgundy comforter. The walls were a white colour but the furniture was also burgundy, there was a typical bean bag chair that matched the room.

I noticed there wasn’t much sitting space in Dex’s huge airy bedroom and accidentally spun completely around looking for a proper chair to offer her. “Come in my room,” she said with a laugh as she guided me across the hallway. Her room was much more aligned to her personality. Rich reds and golds. Not pointlessly luxurious like Austin’s taste, just richer and sensual. Finally, I lifted my hand, giving the door a light knock. "Come in," Garren answered immediately, his deep voice filling the silence. I hesitated for a second before gripping the handle and pushing the door open. I wasn't sure what I expected Garren's room to look like, but it wasn't this. I let out an audible gasp as I took in the space. His ceiling was glass, much like mine, but the similarities ended there. His bed was set low on the floor, dark curtains draped around it. The walls were all a dark forest green. A few lights sat on the walls giving off a warm glow.
