Amalthea was too distracted to count them, she felt extremely embarrassed that she had no answer to that basic question after asking it countless times over the centuries to the women in Paradise. “They are ten minutes apart,” Hephaestus answered. He was back in his sphere that was flying next to the wave which carried Cetus. Once again, the fire king knew Amalthea best. And so, he stood by her father who chose to make room for Arethusa though he completely despised it. Females needed females at moments of giving birth to new life forces. Amalthea took a deep breath. The moment of truth was approaching fast.

We were a lovely, peaceful, and thriving community” I sat there listening to her, I felt like I needed to know more. “What happened?” she smiled slightly “Her mother happened, she cursed us all, you see Velaria or “Thalia” her real name, was born special, she was from an ancient prophecy, and was destined to be the bride of Hades. The prophecy says that she would tame the uncontrolled beast he is, she would have been his Pegasus and queen to rule by his side.” I fell silent at her words, they were just too difficult to accept, why would the moon goddess give me a mate that was already destined by birth to marry a god? It made no sense.

, she started. “Wait, what are Nerids”, she asked mispronouncing the word completely. “Nereids”, Fiona corrected, “Nereids are particularly associated with the Aegean Sea, where they dwelt with their father Nereus in the depths within a golden palace. The most notable of them are Thetis, wife of Peleus and mother of Achilles; Amphitrite, wife of Poseidon and mother of Triton; and Galatea, the vain love interest of the Cyclops Polyphemus”, she listed, “Though that really isn’t important, I only know about it because Edwards made me study about them when he wanted help in how to woo her”, she grumbled a tad fondly. “Anyway, according to Greek Mythology, Cetus or The Leviathan is a sea monster;

He gave me a soft smile, making me return a shy smile. “You know, in Greek mythology, Althaia was the Queen of Calydon, and a woman of fierce passion. She is celebrated in an ancient story about the fate of her son, Meleager. When he was born, the Moirai, or the Fates in English, came to foretell his future, and they predicted he would die as soon as one of the sticks in the fireplace burned out completely. When Althaia heard that, she pulled the stick from the fire, put the fire out, and hid it in a safe place.”

*** CONTINUATION *** "I choose Pygmalion and Galatea," we nodded and listened to her, "Pygmalion is a sculptor and he hated women. For him, they didn't worth his time, and they didn't deserved to be wasted time of. He then made Galatea out of ivory. Galatea is prettier than any breathing women. And he fell in love in his own sculpted work. So, Aphrodite rewarded him after his sacrifice to her and brought Galatea to life. And they had a son which became one of the goddess's sacred cities, Paphos."

Bathal hummed and shook his head, as tears welled in his eyes at the thought of killing his son. His boy. Galathea’s greatest gift to him. And he almost killed him. Almost. “You do not know love, Ursula. You do not understand a bond between two souls. Galathea is my mate, even in death she still is.” Bathal pursed his lips then let out a soft sob and a wail. A cry and tears that he held onto finally fell from his eyes. “Her presence brings lull to my weary soul. Her breath obscures the fear in my heart, knowing that I have another day — a lifetime with her. She means more to me than you can imagine. She was the blessing the moon goddess gave me when I was lost in darkness. She knows nothing

James flicked his eyes back and forth between Eliza and Blakeney as the man paused dramatically. “Thetis,” said Blakeney, grandly. “She is a goddess of the sea. A lieutenant of sorts to Poseidon, but more commonly associated with calm and tranquil waters.” “That’s right,” he said, remembrance flooding to him. “Achilles was her most famous son.” Blakeney nodded proudly at his pupil. “Correct.”

And at the same time, in the Aryan's palace where Jilal along with his hunters were, came also Jilal's parents and did as what Athena and Hades. Barto and Lovu saw their king collapsed to the floor, forestalling his own raging auras from sending imbalance in the Agartha along with the Aryan king himself. They then bowed before Remus, the god of war, and Maris, the goddess of the underworld. The whole surrounding became calm after the appearance of these two. They also received a report of the visit of Athena, the goddess of war along with his companion, Hades, the god of the underworld.

We are getting closer to the birthplace of Apollo and his twin sister, Artemis, goddess of the hunt and virginity. Well, according to Greek Mythology. I rose to my full height and walked close to her as she gazed at the beautiful island as far as her eyes could see.
