Gatekeeper Thor Novels & Stories

he stated for a fact “I knocked but no one answered, besides I’ve been here before" he managed to get up and saw the siblings moving backwards while keeping their eyes trained on him. He slided over to one of the chairs sitting down but they still kept their distance. He managed to get a good look at the boy standing beside Kahlan, he was a very handsome guy with dark hair and blue eyes that seemed like they were glowing if only slightly wearing an all black Jean trouser and shirt with two buttons open. He turned to look at Kahlan and noticed that she was wearing incredibly short black denim shorts that left her sexy legs exposed with an oversized blue T-shirt.

Run! Blinking aside the cloud of tears showed that the gate was an inferno, the dead and battering ram having been ignited aflame by the lightning. I shouted in wordless wrath as Tristan yanked me into the woods, my heels bouncing on the torn-up grass, my eyes fixated on the spectacle. Which is why I saw the child of Thor. Standing in the covered building over the gate stood a hooded person with arcs of lightning flashing back and forth between their upraised palms.

RHETT We wait for Morgan to provide us with an answer. Her pause is long and torturous. She looks between Marcus and Mathias then over at the old Beta who nods and Morgan sighs, “The gatekeeper. We haven’t figured out who the gatekeeper is though.” “Why do you look so fearful?” Finn scowls at his sister. “She’s not afraid,” Hunji grumbles. “She doesn’t like the role this gatekeeper plays in opening the veil between realms, is all.”

"Ask it now," We went to the relay room. Torvi opened the channel, not her instruments, the full relay, the Keeper connection. I reached through it to the guardian's frequency, which was always present and always patient and had, in all of our communications, never once answered a direct question with a single word. I put the question. Can you anchor a portal from inside the threshold? Can you provide spatial reference to allow direct threshold entry? The guardian was quiet. Longer than usual. The kind of silence that, in threshold terms, meant the question was being fully considered rather than deflected. Then something came through the relay, brief, direct, completely without the layered c

Thalion continued to stare at me as the Gate slung almost closed, pausing with the lip still free. Liam stepped forward, placing both hands on the Gate. "Gar Geata." With one last flash of power, it thudded shut, the sealing of it vibrating the stones beneath our feet, the light surrounding it flickering out at last. Even as it did, all of the remaining magic gathered itself into a ball of fire and slammed forcefully into Liam. He gasped, but I could tell he was okay. The transfer of power was complete and the new Gatekeeper stood before me.

“He killed himself before I could question his future, but I got one piece of information out of him, and that’s why I’m here. I’m hoping you might know more about this.” “What is it?” Naomi swirls the amber liquid around in the glass before taking a slow sip. “A Gatekeeper. That’s all I know. A, uh, friend reminded me that a “gatekeeper” in Greek mythology leads souls to the underworld.” “You know the Greeks over exaggerated everything,” Nicole says. “But it is a curious point.” “Exactly,” I say. “You say he offed himself?” Naomi raises her eyebrows and finishes her drink. “How?”

“The heat of this thing will melt the ice! When it enters here, it eats the DNA reservoirs of all earth!” One of the thickest ranks, armed with the rotating blades of an old mine Excavators, shot directly at the open gap of the vault. “Theta-Tore close!” Kael shouted. “Silas, lock this damn bunker from inside!” “But the Rover!” shouted Nova. “Forget the Rover!” I called. “Silas, close the gate, now!” Silas rammed his hands on the remote terminal.

~Skai The gatekeeper rushed in, his face scrunched like a sponge, eyes opened widely as if he had just received the most shocking news of his life, panting lightly as if he had run a 400m race. He looks more like a guard – built, muscular with broad shoulders. Not the regular. I guess he just chooses any of his capable men to control the gate. A small white envelope rested in his hand – his grip not too tightened or loosened as though he wanted to dispose of it and simultaneously needed to show someone one.

Because of trust. Marcus placed one hand on Jack's shoulder. "You need the Hollowsmith inside. He knows the back office. He knows the Silence. He knows what the Unhollow was. I do not." "Then why contest the signature?" "To make the door recognize me." Katherine understood first. "You are not going in." "No." "You are becoming the threshold." Marcus nodded. The compass-door pulsed. INTERVAL SIGNATURE: GUARDIAN THRESHOLD ACCEPTED AS EXTERNAL STABILIZER.

, secured rooms lined entirely with silver-infused stone designed to dampen shifting abilities while simultaneously amplifying the crushing weight of an Alpha’s presence. Thatcher is already there, slumped pathetically against the far wall. His face is a ruined, swollen mask of dark purple and crimson from June’s vicious elbow, and his right foot sits at a highly unnatural angle. He is trembling, his chest heaving with panicked, ragged breaths. Garrick, my 6’4” Delta enforcer, stands over him, his massive arms crossed over a chest as broad as a granite mountain. He looks up as I enter, his expression grim and his eyes flashing with a dangerous, predatory light.
