Hunters: The Prequel

Hunters: The Prequel

He had done this over a million times, and was used to it already. “Loki, Prince of Asgard” he revealed, as he let the guard scan him to confirm his aura. The planetary guards were stationed all across the airspace. And they were directly under the jurisdiction of the Allfather. Even his brother Thor had no control over them. It would be difficult for one to get past them without any inside help. “You can go” the guard instructed once the scanner he held confirmed that Loki’s aura was a match. The Prince of Asgard nodded his head as he flew into the planet that was his destination- Asgard.

I hope that’s not the end end. So many left off pieces of the story all his friends on the other world, all the other gods story lines, he’s only used his blood born weapons and armour twice. Hasn’t even made it out of dreamscape yet. Still have everything in true verse going on while he “asleep”

The Last Station Standing

The Last Station Standing

He was shaking her, his own suit sparking as the Void’s Static Discharge (the release of built-up electrical energy) tried to fry his systems. Elara snapped back to the reality of the cold and the dark. She looked at the Altar, then at the Dimensional Gateway (the silver portal above them). She saw the truth now, hidden in the Key’s code. "I can't just close it, Kaz," Elara gasped, her breath fogging the inside of her visor. "The Gateway is a Bi-Directional Tether (a link that connects two points in space equally). If I plug the Key in to stabilize Earth, it keeps the door open to them. The Void will follow their signal right through the bridge and into our sky."

Dawn of the Gatekeepers

Dawn of the Gatekeepers

She stared into his dark brown eyes and watched as he stroked his chin as if he was attempting to formulate the best response possible. "They know." Viennashal was expecting him to say that. The God Collective as they called themselves found out everything over time. There wasn't much that could be hidden from them. They probably even knew of Galaxia and the gateway that allowed other Celestials passage to her kingdom. "You act as if you or I could've kept it from them. It changes nothing, we've been through worse together and have made it through many trials and yet here we are." Asjuntar shook his head quickly, his light brown skin shimmering in the sunlight. He opened his mouth as he lift

My Lover Drowned Me For Greed: I'm Back To Make Him Suffer

My Lover Drowned Me For Greed: I'm Back To Make Him Suffer

His fingers were rough, his palm heavy and warm as he pressed his weight into her hand, forcing both of their palms against the blue light. "Registry code: Cross, Seven-Nine-Zero-Delta," he spoke clearly into the terminal's small microphone port. "Authorize the override. Open the damn door." For two long, terrifying seconds, nothing happened. Then, the monitor flashed a brilliant, blinding white. OVERRIDE ACCEPTED. AEGIS PROTOCOL 01: INITIATING LOCALIZED ATMOSPHERIC STABILIZATION. A deep, low-frequency hum exploded from deep beneath the concrete floor.

Lupus Noctrine: Symphony Of The Cursed Lycan Quadruplets

"The 'Anomalous Chord' is quiet. It knows it’s home." They pulled up to the main security gate. A guard in a crisp black uniform approached the car, his movements slow and mechanical. He looked at the Aegis-Global decals on the side of the SUV, his eyes lacking any real curiosity. "Identify," the guard said, his voice monotone. Xander handed over the credentials. "Aegis-Global. Surprise audit for Sub-Level 4 and the Primary Uplink. We’re on a tight schedule, so if you could verify those biometrics quickly, we’d appreciate it."

The Alpha’s Regret: The Hidden Luna’s Return

The Alpha’s Regret: The Hidden Luna’s Return

The screen exploded into a shower of sparks, and the Forge fell into a heavy, suffocating silence. Killian was at my side in an instant, his "Sword of the Covenant" unsheathed. The blade glowed with a charcoal-grey heat, ready to strike a phantom. "They're close. Closer than Vespera said." "They aren't just close," I said, looking at the diamond hammer on the pedestal. "They're inside the network. That broadcast came through the 'Aura Gate' relay. They’re using our own defense grid to track us." "Then we turn it off," Ace said, his small face pale.

The Rogue King's Silver Wolf

The Rogue King's Silver Wolf

Marcus said carefully, "without it, a rescue mission is suicide." "Then we get a better intel." "How?" Kade's voice was frustrated. "We don't have anyone on the inside, we have forty six hours left and no way to.." A knock interrupted him. One of the gate guards stepped in, looking uncomfortable. "Alpha Kade, there's someone at the gates requesting entry, he says he needs to speak with Sera." "Who?" Kade demanded. The guard hesitated, "Alpha Thorne Ashford of Silvermoon Pack."

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Everyone in the house thought they misheard the doorman. "What did you say?" Cyrene asked urgently. The doorman wiped sweat off his brow and said nervously, "Keegan Kane had someone use a bulldozer to knock down the gates." Suddenly, Aurora's expression changed. 'Was that his way of saying I had five minutes?' she wondered. Before she could think it through, the door was kicked open, and four tall bodyguards entered, forming a line. Keegan stepped out from the middle with Aldor right behind him. His face was serious, his eyes fixed on Aurora. "Come here!" he ordered.

I am on chapter 1700 and trust me this has to be the only book here that I have not lost interest in,i.e, the chapters have not dragged on and you literally are on the edge of your seat throughout the book. Enjoyed the whole book except the last few chapters.Hope the story doesn't become cliched now

What makes this story good are the characters, mainly the lead characters. Unlike other stories where the leads are usually portrayed as someone omnipotent with multiple hidden excellent identities, both Stella and Keegan have their own flaws and weaknesses, which made their characters more charming

The gifts of the Moon Goddess

The gifts of the Moon Goddess

No, it wasn’t layered, it wasn’t fractured but singular and defined. And it was walking forward inside the beam as if stepping through a doorway meant only for it. Kade’s hand tightened weakly around mine and his voice barely audible. “That’s the Gatekeeper.” The beam flared brighter and the silhouette lifted its head looking directly at us from miles away.
