Kyra's POV My body trembled violently as soon as I heard George's response, and my face went deathly pale. George….has been cheating on me, and the woman was even pregnant. How could he do this? My heart broke into fragments, and my legs became heavier as though they were afraid of approaching the truth. I had always thought that George was different; he wouldn't treat me the same way Roan did, but it appears that I have only been deceiving myself all along. He was even worse compared to Roan, much worse and more ruthless.

She fixed her stare on George again when he made a pained sound behind her. “Something to add?” George shrank into his chair, out of the way of her wrath, and Glee cast her intense gaze about the room, searching, trying to connect the dots. . . . last night, right here. “I think I’ve got a thing for someone.” Katherine blinked, momentarily surprised. George wasn’t exactly known for being shy about his romantic interests. “Oh?
