Twin Souls

Twin Souls

More than half of the furniture had already been moved, and some men were moving the rest of the furniture through the door, as three men took pictures of the places they had not touched. My parents were lying unconscious on the ground, and they had darts on their necks. Mr. Gordon was eating pancakes from the kitchen counter and drinking from a bottle of orange juice as Beethoven’s “Eroica Symphony No. 3” played in the background. He twirled and smiled as he danced to the melody. I watched the scene unfold before my eyes, and I felt like throwing up. “WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!” I yelled. “Come on! Trevor! dance with me!” he screamed cheerfully as he danced towards me.

I Saw You

I Saw You

I didn’t expect him to walk out on me in a reaper way. “I knew you were in trouble when you held it in. Trouble, trouble, trouble...” Gugu sang earning my look of daggers. She wasn’t bothered and kept on singing, “Drowning, crying, drowning... Trouble, trouble, trouble...”

The Billionaire’s Forgotten Wife

The Billionaire’s Forgotten Wife

Her boots echoed in the cavernous space as she stepped onto the cold cement floor. A mechanical hum started. Lights flickered on. Dozens of masked men emerged from the shadows. Silent. Armed. And then— Ghost. He wore a sleek matte-black helmet, no features, voice warped by a modulator. “You came,” Ghost said. “I don’t break promises,” Juliette replied, chin high. He stepped closer. “And yet, you’ve broken everything else. The empire. The legacy. Damon’s illusions.” She didn’t flinch. “Where’s the boy?”

My Gangster Babysitter

My Gangster Babysitter

Ghost murmured, typing on his phone, and soon mine pinged with a new notification. “Yeah?” I casually asked as the server came back with my straight black coffee. “Found something fishy about that chick?” “Not yet,” Ghost mumbled curtly. I frowned. There was nothing unusual with Amanda Dupont. Surprisingly, that was her real name. Twenty-eight years old, recently divorced, working as a secretary for a small-time lawyer in the city. Her divorce left her neck-deep in debt. Ghost leaned in his seat. “Someone paid her last night to distract you.”

Miley
Another great book in this series. I highly recommend the entire series, including this book. I wish there were a few more chapters or an epilogue. You should definitely read book 3 before this, if not 1, 2, and 3.

Another great book by this author. I wished it had more chapters because it was so good and I didn’t want to stop reading. Glad I read the other books so I was familiar with the other characters and their roles.

 Linked Souls

Linked Souls

Beside him his partner was shifting uncomfortably but did not dare to pay attention to him or promised not to come home, and at least he wanted their first time together to be as normal as possible, if that could be called normal. The journey seemed extremely long and reminded him of things he did not like. He pulled the wheel, focusing on the road. In the distance he could see the lights at the entrance of the mansion and it seemed strange to him. Mikhail and Dakota were the only ones who had stayed in the house, flatly refusing to go out, rare in their commander who always followed Serguei, but it was remembered that Dylan had accompanied them, and those two had little tolerance for each o

The Ghost Astrology

The Ghost Astrology

Pure shook her head: “I still don’t know the meaning of that weird dream, but I know the baby is crossbred of the phoenix and the unicorn.” “ Crossbreed?”- Lowen muttered: “This is so weird… I mean this can’t happen, I think they will never let a crossbred baby be born.” Rojana agreed, he analyzed seriously: “Unicorn and Phoenix are neither friends nor enemies, so this can’t happen.” “I know that can’t happen, but let’s see, Pure is never wrong, or maybe she is getting weaker..”- Erono said. “You mean I am weaker?” “No no!” said Erono. But Pure didn’t care too much about him, she told everyone to come to the meeting room, and wait for the others.

Blood on the Asphalt biker

Blood on the Asphalt biker

"The Devil's Backbone isn't a track. It's a graveyard. Victor Kane has killed three men on that pass, and those were just the ones the police found." "I don't have a choice!" I shouted back, matching his intensity. I threw my helmet onto the bed, the plastic clattering against the frame. "If I back down, Dutch gives me back to Snake. If I run, the Ravagers burn Murphy's Garage with him inside. Winning this Blood Duel is the only way out for both of us." Dax bridged the gap between us in two long strides. He grabbed my shoulders, his grip firm but not painful. "I'm not losing you to a piece of asphalt, Ghost. I just found you."

Feral on the Ice

Feral on the Ice

The bond that had survived the end of the universe had been filed under "Stranger." The Ghost in the Diner She found Kael and the Twins at the local diner. Kael was behind the counter, flipping burgers. He didn't have a blue-glow in his veins, but he kept humming a tune—the same "Sovereign-Note" Elara had whistled in 1994. He did it unconsciously, a tic in his programming that he couldn't explain. The Twins were in a booth, arguing over a comic book. They were still synchronized, their movements mirroring each other perfectly, but they weren't "Binary Stalkers." They were just two brothers who spent too much time together.
