THE REFLECTION GAME
A single mirror stood at the center of the room, completely untouched, its surface shimmering like liquid silver.
Mia’s breath hitched. “That… wasn’t here before.”
Anna swallowed. “I know.”
As they stepped closer, the mirror moved.
Not physically, but its reflection twisted and churned, like water being disturbed. Then, slowly, a hand emerged from the glass.
Anna grabbed Logan’s arm, her nails digging into his skin. “Tell me you see that.”
“Oh, we see it,” Ryan whispered, his voice tense.
The hand stretched outward, gripping the edge of the mirror as if pulling itself free. And then, with a sudden, unnatural jerk, a figure stepped through.
