His Unwanted Wife

His Unwanted Wife

The invitation arrived in a thick ivory envelope, its weight heavier than paper should be. Lydia turned it over in her hands before opening it, already sensing the significance. The Blackwood crest was embossed in gold—subtle, formal, unmistakable. “Your family?” she asked as Ethan entered the room. He glanced at the envelope and exhaled slowly. “Yes.” She read the contents aloud. “A charity gala. New York. End of June.” “They’re hosting it,” Ethan said. “Publicly. Very publicly.”

Taste Like Forbidden

Taste Like Forbidden

Something about the mysterious delivery was calling to me. I signed the form and brought it inside, sitting on the couch with the box in my lap. It was heavy. Expensive-looking. The kind of thing that screamed money. Inside was a thick cream-colored invitation card with gold lettering. You are cordially invited to an exclusive four-day experience. Hosted by Thomas Crane. No limits. No judgment. Just exploration. The address was to some kind of private estate upstate. RSVP immediately. "What the fuck?" I muttered, turning the invitation over.

THE HEIRESS THEY BURRIED

THE HEIRESS THEY BURRIED

Across the front, in elegant black ink, were the words: Miss Elara Quinn Inside was a single ivory invitation. Embossed with a raven in black foil. You have spent months searching for your past. Now allow your past to welcome you. Dinner. Blackwater Cove Estate. Saturday. 8:00 p.m. Come willingly. Or the answers die with us. There was no signature. Only one final line beneath the invitation. Formal attire required. Alexander stared at it. "They're inviting us to dinner?" Lucien didn't smile. "No." He looked toward the investigation board.

Caught Between Two Lovers

Caught Between Two Lovers

Ares's mood suddenly turned sour after witnessing the wrong funeral. ** "Grey, there's an invitation..." Ethan said, handing over a light blue object. Beautiful ornaments surrounded the invitation. Grey glanced at it briefly, seeing the word "Charity" written in raised silver letters. Lately, Grey had been receiving invitations like this. "How many is this now?" Grey asked lazily. He had attended a fundraising event for education just yesterday, and now another invitation envelope had arrived. "The fifth one this month," Ethan explained. "Maybe you should go instead," Grey said half-heartedly.

she asks me and I nod, “Of course, I am going to invite him. In fact, all of our group is invited.” “I am not sure he is going to show up.” Irina shrugs her shoulders and I frown in confusion, asking her the reason. “Well, he said you ghosted him.” I shake my head, refusing to accept. “No, I have not. I will call him soon.”

The Billionaire Ex-Wife Returns

The Billionaire Ex-Wife Returns

The staff member’s expression shifted to surprise and something inscrutable. “Right this way, please.” Vanessa didn’t realize that most of the attendees were wealthy individuals, making her presence—someone who appeared to have no significant background—rare. As the staff member returned the invitation to her, Vanessa noticed a number in the lower right corner. It seemed the person who sent the invitation was also on-site. She decided to stop a passing staff member. “Hi, can I ask if it’s possible to find the owner of this invitation?” “Yes, this invitation is for upstairs guests only,” the staff member answered patiently.

Obsession of the Mafia King

Obsession of the Mafia King

She exhaled slowly, her fury softening into something sharper—resolve. “Then let’s hunt them together,” she said at last. “Let’s cut out this rot before it poisons everything we’ve built.” Dante nodded slowly. “Together. Always.” --- The Phantom Banquet The answer came in the form of an invitation. A banquet held in one of the city’s abandoned villas, sealed for decades since a massacre that had ended in blood-soaked marble. The host’s name was not signed, only the serpent symbol stamped in red wax. Amara read the note aloud at the table, her lips curling. “They want us to walk into their lair.”

Best Revenge: Don't Beg for Mercy, Ex-husband

“Hope everything’s fine. The envelope didn’t disappear, did it? Was it sent by a ghost!?” Alicia panicked, and Kiara found her reaction funny. She didn’t want to believe in that creepy fact, however, the disappearance of the envelope baffled her. “By the way, Boss. You have an invitation.” Alicia reached out with an invitation card. “It’s a VIP one. A college get-together gathering. The host wrote that you’re the special guest.” Now this was the third shock Kiara was experiencing today. She stared at the special invitation, confused, yet amused.

Divorced my Cheating Husband for his Billionaire Uncle

The invitation arrives in a black velvet envelope. No name. No logo. Just a gold wax seal marked with a wolf’s head. Bethany turns it over twice before she slits it open with a knife and slides the lacy edged card out. It reads, “The Campbell Conglomerate is cordially invited to the Sterling Foundation’s Annual Black-Tie Gala. Theme: Midnight Masquerade. Date: This Saturday, 8 PM. Location: The Glass House, Midtown.

Denied by Destiny: Trapped in the Shadows of the Mate Bond

Denied by Destiny: Trapped in the Shadows of the Mate Bond

I open the envelope with care, uncertain of its contents…to find an invitation to this year’s banquet hosted for the alphas and lunas of the local wolf packs. An event I have never been invited to. I have to read the invitation a number of times to believe what I am reading. It clearly states that this year’s banquet is to be hosted by the Dark Phantom pack. Impossible… If the Black Phantom pack is hosting, why would I be invited. Why would he invite me? I can’t believe it and spend a good length of time staring at the invitation, inspecting it again and again. Perhaps this was the lifeline I needed, the lifeline Alora needed.
