NEURAL STERILIZATION INITIATED blinked on the monitor, followed by a countdown. "Griffin, please," Michael's voice cracked with something that might have been genuine fear. "You're my son." "No," Griffin replied, his voice steady despite the tears tracking silently down his cheeks. "I'm your vessel. But not anymore." White gas began filling the chamber, swirling around Michael's increasingly desperate form. He clawed at the sealed door, his movements becoming erratic, his voice transmitted through the speakers distorting as the gas took effect. Michael's scream was cut short as the white fog obscured him completely, the sound ending in a gurgle that would haunt my dreams for years to come.

He asked, navigating between a couple of semi's on the road. "Not really scared, but I was extremely nervous. They had already taken my blood and poked at me. I wasn’t sure what they wanted. Anyway, this tall blond bombshell of a guy enters wearing a lab coat through these double doors connected to the exam room, pushing a folded up treadmill. He stopped and unfolded the treadmill, and then pointed at it and said get on, so I did. After 10 minutes of walking, running, walking running, I was about to die all over again. He told me to sit back on the exam bed. That’s when another guy walked in, wearing the same kind of Lab coat and started yelling at him. Michael just laughed at the guy then t

I stepped forwards just as the other male rounded the desk to meet us halfway. He smiled and stretched his arm for a handshake "Please call me Michael, welcome to our humble pack. I hope we get along well and work even better together. It's an honour and a relief to have you here, Alpha Greyson" I accepted his handshake, my eyes scanning him quickly from head to toe. He was the same height as me, broad-shouldered and muscular with light brown hair and eyes of the same colour. Some of his features looked oddly familiar "Thank you, Beta Michael"

Micheal said as he stepped forward and placed his gun in his pocket. “Why? Do you know him?” Hannah asked “He's a ghost like people call him. No one has ever seen him, no one knows what he looks like except a few people in his circle. Like they say, he's a silent killer and very dangerous. He doesn't pity anyone, not even a child. The FBI has tried finding him all these years but nothing, you don't want to involve him in this else this would be the end of this family” Micheal said and Brandon sighed softly.

I asked her, but she stared at me with a straight face, with her eyes staring into my soul. “I did not mean to be sarcastic”. I apologized to her and secretly sighed in relief when she stopped staring at me with a straight face. As she suddenly sighed deeply, and I noticed that she was ready to start telling me what I wished to know, I paid total attention to her and forgot about what was going on in my surroundings. Michael’s pov, What greeted me after I stepped foot outside the hospital, and after I waited for a few minutes, was the black van which was driven by Felicia.

We exchanged glances for a second, but I was quick to avert my gaze and I didn't even know why. They've got tattoos on their faces and arms down to their shoulders. It was in the middle of the road, the sides surrounded by a lake. The one with a bird tattoo stepped forward, his smirk wider than the rest. “Look who we have here. It's Ghost” he laughed. “The soulless dead man who is here to haunt us today. Oh, I'm getting scared” another said. They laughed, and I let them hold their peace before they ended up in misery.

I’m captivated by curiosity to know what Ghost is insinuating. “Um, yeah…okay, just give me a minute to get dressed. Wait out here and I’ll be right out.” I say to him in a slow manner. I close the door and lock it. I swiftly go to X’s bedroom. I pull out my shorts that I wore earlier sliding them up my legs. Although Ghost seems a lot nicer right now and almost seems caring, I trust him for nothing. I rip open X’s nightstand drawer and pull out his Glock .45, it’s loaded and safety on. I tuck the handgun in the back of my denim shorts. I rummage through X’s closet, pulling out his black hoodie to better conceal the gun behind me and zipping it up past my chest. I have an abs

Michael was ranting. Xavier maintained his composure and smile, pulling closer so he and Michael's face were just inches away. Then, his countenance changed. His face was hardened and the veins on his face stood out visibly.

Gary returned again that afternoon for lunch and also in the evening for dinner and each time he came, his boss looks worse than he did the last time and his heart ached, looks like his boss is going through breakdown again. Later in the night, Michael couldn't stand watching what was been shown to him in his room so he came to the living room and just as he was about to relax, he saw himself, dressed in red, rushing down the stairs.
