Too Late to Regret

Too Late to Regret

Outside the room, Jim knocked and brought in the porridge. "Candice, I made some ginger chicken porridge. Please have a little." "Thank you, Jim." Candice smiled gratefully and sat up. "Give it to me." Charlie took the porridge from Jim. He blew on it to cool it down and fed her a spoonful. As soon as the spoon was near her mouth, the mix of ginger and chicken flavors became an inexplicable and unpleasant taste. She scrunched her face, puffing out her cheeks to suppress the rising nausea.

It's too slow in updates. The author should consider the readers mindset. We read other stories on these platforms and this kind of slow phased update is disappointing and the reader also loses the interest and plot. Dear author please update more chapters per day ......

Me, My Husband, and His Boyfriend

Me, My Husband, and His Boyfriend

Looking guilty, Kelly asked the blonde woman. Jessica didn't answer immediately because she still didn't feel relieved after taking the grilled chicken out of her mouth. She ended up emptying everything from her stomach just because of the taste of the grilled chicken, but she actually wanted to say that the chicken didn't taste bad at all. On the contrary, the dish was still delicious as usual, but it made her stomach feel uncomfortable after her tongue tasted it.

The Mafia's Wanted Desires.

The Mafia's Wanted Desires.

She had so much of her mother in her and the bond we had didn't seem forced in any way. The oven's timer went off and I chuckled, letting her go before rushing over to the oven. I turned it off, wore my gloves, and brought out the grilled chicken that had me salivating at the sight of it. It was dripping with a dark red substance that was greased all over it. I knew I couldn't wait to dig in. "Where is that bastard that calls himself my brother?!" A disembodied voice yelled from the living room and my head snapped up from the chicken in my hands, my eyes meeting Zelda's horrified ones.

His Substitute Bride: Love at First Cure

Agnes was slightly startled. Lorraine quickly explained, "Wild Ginger is toxic and difficult to purchase, even in pharmacies. And even if you do find it, the dosage is strictly regulated. But I used processed Wild Ginger, which has been carefully refined to eliminate most of its toxicity. When paired with other herbs, it won't harm the body at all."

The power took hold of her very existence and guided her tongue. "Burn!" Ginger commanded in an ancient language and a shriek immediately forked through the room. Except it wasn't the man, it was Ginger. A stabbing pain exploded from within her and Ginger felt the power backing her abandon her. Her body wriggled on the hay like a worm as she tried to breathe.

Raven - The runaway wolf

Raven - The runaway wolf

I spoke as my gram’s face was at the forefront of my mind, along with the memories I had of her. “I’m sorry about your grams. I do remember how close you were to her, and I remember her always looking after us whenever we wanted to play in the woods or run and hide. Was it just me or did she always smell of ginger?” “Yes! Don’t you remember her always making those ginger biscuits in the shape of…” “A bird?” “A Raven!”. I chuckled. “Ohh, wow, yes, I remember now. Didn’t she let us decorate them once and all the icing ended up on the floor?”

Remarriage: His Billionaire Ex-wife

Remarriage: His Billionaire Ex-wife

The black sugar ginger was still hot. She leaned her head against it, blowing and drinking at the same time. Terry, who was beside her, looked at her with a smile on his face. He reached out and took a cherry from the fruit plate next to him, and ate it leisurely. After drinking ginger water, Jessica started sweating, but her emotions had calmed down a lot. She glanced at Terry, who was eating cherries, and said, "How did this suddenly come out at this time? Is someone targeting you?"

Meet My Brothers

Meet My Brothers

Caught off guard by Ginger's unexpected act of kindness, Timothy hesitated for a moment. Should he accept the food graciously or politely decline? However, when he saw the genuine concern in Ginger's eyes, he found himself unable to refuse. Reluctantly, he lowered his head and took a bite of the chicken she offered. Ginger's face lit up with a radiant smile. "Uncle Heath mentioned you haven't eaten yet. Skipping meals isn't good, you know. Here, take the pasta, and I'll have this."

I like the story. It desperately needed to be proofread before being published though. The mistakes when speaking about the different characters and using the wrong names is irritating. It’s also quite irritating to only be able to read a few pages at a time. It’s going to cost a fortune to finish

My half a star review was taken down. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH! After $600~ US. The ending was bullet points. After over a thousand chapters to spend less than one chapter in all of the outcomes and brushing through them. whatever my Imagination came up with is much better than what we got.
