[ABO BL Anthology] Time Cross Academy

[ABO BL Anthology] Time Cross Academy

Blood wine and raw livers don't sound appetising so they skipped that part of the menu. "One plate of inari sushi and two fried chicken drumsticks please," Soubi ordered and Ringo chose the same thing, unable to make up his mind. The lunch lady looked apologetic when she realised that she ran out of fried tofu to make the inari sushi. Soubi's ears drooped. "No inari sushi?" he was close to tears. After a stressful day, eating his favourite food always cheered him out. To think that they were out of stock... it was Soubi's worst nightmare come true.

The man pointed to Kiyoko before returning to cooking. “Okay. So we have ramens. Egg ramens, shrimps, chicken, beef. We also have inari. Or our original! I recommend you to take the original or the inari! We have delicious inari.” Kiyoko said, mentioning the ingredients one by one.

Luna CEO

Luna CEO

Luna took a moment to sit beneath a cherry tree, embracing the tranquility and reflecting on the beauty of life. No trip to Tokyo would be complete without indulging in its world-renowned cuisine. Luna savored the artistry and flavors of sushi at a traditional sushiya, where she watched the skilled sushi chef craft each delicate piece. She also sampled mouthwatering bowls of ramen, enjoyed steaming bowls of hot udon noodles, and delighted in the exquisite flavors of wagyu beef.

Do You Love Me, Uncle?

Do You Love Me, Uncle?

And now it was clear—Akiko could barely keep her feet on the ground, eager to jump and twirl. “Did you want to look inside? I’m sure there’s food, and I heard there’s a perfume-making exhibition.” Kenji pointed to the building near the garden's edge. Their destination was Tomita Farm, possibly the most beautiful spot in Hokkaido, known for its well-maintained flower fields. In addition to admiring the scenery, Tomita also offered workshops using flowers. No way would Akiko stay indoors when the world was breathtaking outside. “Yes, but not yet. I want to go there!” Of course, Akiko preferred to walk along the paths of the lavender farm.

MARKED BY THE ALPHAS HEAT

"One soup three dishes?" The chef nodded, then used his hands to point. "Miso Soup, grilled fish, Tagamo-yaki, also known as omelet, Nimono and Tsukemono, you call them vegetables. Then, last but not the least, a pot of high-grade sencha green tea." "I call this brilliance," Caine said, rubbing his plans together. "What's your name, chef?" I asked. "Chef Toba," he answered with a hand to his chest and a bow.

Rebirth of the Scheming Wife

Rebirth of the Scheming Wife

the two girls said and put on sweet smiles to please her despite the looks of discontent that flickered in their eyes. Meanwhile, Gu Xi had stopped in front of a small Takoyaki (TN: a Japanese snack that is in the form of small batter balls filled with minced octopus) stall. She could not bring herself to leave the stall as she kept salivating while staring at the Takoyaki on the iron pan with her swollen, red eyes. She had asked the stall owner if she could use a credit card, but the owner said no. After that, she just kept standing there and did not leave.

The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The Charismatic Charlie Wade

Beautiful and kind-hearted, Chiyo-chan noticed that my great-grandfather's Yudofu stall was always empty, so she would buy 50 servings of yudofu from him each day, paying him enough to support his family. "Later, Chiyo-chan also gave him kombucha leaves and dried matsutake mushrooms she brought from her Oskia trip, and taught him to improve their family recipe. That's how this unique Matsutake Yudofu came to be." Tears welled up in Mr. Sato's eyes as he paused and sighed, "My great-grandfather always said that our family owes our lives to Chiyo-chan, that they probably wouldn't have survived that winter if not for her. After Chiyo-chan left Kyoto and never returned, he changed the shop's nam

EJIMA

Anthony .O. Godwinitadoriminatoakazanezuko
Despite the oddity, something deep down told her that she would have died in her sleep if the woman wanted to kill her. “Don’t worry. Focus on getting better. There would be plenty of time to do that.” Ejima rubbed her nose again as she watched the woman. She was picking the content in her mortar into a small leaf, and the fishy smell gave Ejima a bad breath. “What is that thing?”

Embracing the Devil

Embracing the Devil

the businessman declared with formal courtesy. “But I am…” Tom laughed replying to his assumption, “I just never had a chance to meet my Japanese parents…” Their conversation seemed to be like a boxing match, they both danced around each other waiting for a right moment to strike. I kept wondering if it was because Mr. Okada found Tom suspicious from the start? But why? I clearly remembered that he said that even his uncle wouldn't recognize him… “I saw you pictures from Tokyo in one issue of Worldful Press's magazine… You even… photographed our Tsuchida Holdings tower…” Mr. Okada began stating the reason why he wanted to meet Tom.

Chasing Kitsune

Chasing Kitsune

I shrugged and dressed before putting my hair up into a neat bun. After a quick glance at the mirrored closet doors, I walked out. I followed the delicious smell of food to find Hikari and Riko sitting at a table in their kitchen with a full traditional Japanese breakfast set out for three. Rice porridge, miso soup, grilled mackerel, tamagoyaki, green bean gomaae, pickled cucumbers, natto, and a steaming cup of green tea.

Angela Kulow
Another awesome book by Bryant! She is so great at character development and pulls you into her story. I love how she delved into taboo topics, and the real cost of those behaviors! It's also great to read about a strong female, instead of needing a man to save her!
Y. Jetter
This is probably one of my favorites from the author. It was well written and puts an interesting spin on Girl Power. I loved how Yuri was just risqué enough to keep me hooked. Yuri/Kitsune are the bada$$ I wish I could be. Hibiki is the perfect pairing for her, complementing not overshadowing her.
