The moment she saw Eliott opening his eyes, she immediately shed her cheery expression and put on a mask of grief. Eliott looked at her and felt complete indifference toward her. “Where's Anne?” When Zelda realized that her grief did not affect Eliott, she pouted and grumbled, “Are you not going to ask how I managed to get back here with Max?” Eliott got up from the bed.
