Bos Vs Me menceritakan perseteruan yang berkelanjutan antara Srikandi sang sekretaris baru dengan Arjuna sang bos yang arrogant. Di antara mereka ada seorang pemuda yang selalu menolong Srikandi yaitu Bisma.
