I say excitedly while climbing to my feet. I give dad's face one last look before I dart from his room. Kohn has given me back hope. I can feel it festering within me. A little girl in a room. She walked slowly in the pitch dark. Then, the little girl turned on the light to illuminate the place. At that moment, the little girl saw something flowing near her feet. She was immediately shocked when she saw the blood flowing towards her. The little girl immediately screamed while fear enveloped her tiny body. “AHH!!!” A girl who fell asleep on her bed alone, she screamed in fear and immediately opened her eyes and woke up from her sleep. Then, the girl sat on her bed holding the blanket that covered her whole body.

- Teresa replied, a little bit sad while thinking of her friend. Then everyone went to their rooms, more or less. Maria stayed with Deborah to further strengthen her, and Eleazar sat there with Maria. Marco and Damon went on the night patrol around the house. Johnathan could not sleep because he was afraid that the demons would attack Isabelle, who was weakened by her altered state. Tess, Teresa and Alice slept together in the same room so that in the event of an attack they would have a better chance. Rita, Meredith, and Elisabeth were unable to sleep, so they walked around the house, reacting anxiously to any suspicious noise.

Some sleep will surely recharge me. As my breathing starts to slow and even out, Emma's voice makes me snap my eyes open. To my surprise, she's reading aloud from her book, her words soft and gentle. A part of me wants to protest while another part of me wants to hear the story. I silently fume in my seat until the kid in me wins out, and I loosen my muscles and close my eyes again. Emma's soothing voice echoes around the room, and soon enough, I'm drifting off to sleep.
