She buried her face in a pillow, waiting for a knock that never came. A few minutes later, her phone dinged on the nightstand. Her hands shook as she picked it up. Caleb Maddox: You like what you saw, kitten? Her stomach dropped, a heavy heat pooling in her groin. She stared at the screen, her thumbs hovering over the keyboard. She couldn't reply. She shouldn't. But before she could put the phone down, a second message arrived. It was a video. Lena hesitated for three seconds, her heart in her throat, before she tapped it.

Coming back to the penthouse from pre-birthday drinks, a loud roar of 'SUPRISE' fills the air once I open the door. My mom, with all of my close friends and my co-stars, and a few people I recognize as Grayson's friends smile widely at me, as each and every one of them releases a balloon in their hands that has the big letter '23' on each and every one of them. "Wha-" I look at Max to see him grinning from ear to ear.

He gently shook his head, “I won’t argue. Better to start now. So, we’ll finish early.” “Let’s go!” Einille exclaimed excitedly. They started walking to the jump-off. Rudy informed them that he would wait on the endpoint of the traverse. They were other tourists aside from Einille and Vale. The cold breeze greeted them when they reached the starting point in Ampucao. Einille witnessed welcome signage in green. Below was the printed traverse map. They were going to explore the Ampucao-Santa Fe Ridge. She couldn’t hold her enthusiasm. “I’ll take a picture there, Sir,” Greco called out Vale.

I would've taken the time to appreciate the movie reference if I wasn't so terrified. Goosebumps covered every inch of my skin. I wanted to scream but nothing left my lips. I gulped. I looked down at the bathtub full of blood, at least that was what it seemed. There was something poking out slightly out of the water. With shaky hands, I reached out and dipped my hand in the water. Feeling something hard in it, I grasped it and pulled it out only to throw it back into the water while I stumbled backwards due to fright.

I mouthed back, which earned me the bird from her. I turned back in my seat and stared out the window. Truly though what really was that electric feeling, and no it wasn’t a shocking feeling like the one where you push your wet finger into a socket, but it was that chilling feeling that make goosebumps cloud your skin, and that feeling felt alien, but in a good way. In the end, even though it had a spooky vibe, it was just an old abandoned house and nothing else. Fitzy mock-scowled. “Oh, c’mon. A knowing feeling washed over me. If Hannah wasn't there, then who did I see? Goosebumps scatter all over my body. Suddenly, loud echoes begin to ring in my ears. It's those damn creatures’ voices from Grimswood forest! My ears hurt so much. Like they are about to split open. I clutch it and run into my car. “Noooooooo!” The pain is unbearable! It feels like my ear drums are about to explode! The faces of those damn creatures' laughing loudly…it's so fuvking vivid and my beast is feeling it too.
