My skin is goosebumping all over with apprehensive shivers. I listen hard, cocking my head to the side so I'm aiming for noise at the window, and flinch when instead, hushed voices along the hall give me a jump scare. I pause, hold my breath, and strain to hear, making out two low voices probably saying goodnbight and stiffen all over in anticipation. One I was going to win. The cool air of the night brushed over my newly exposed skin, and goosebumps rose along the surface as I filled with excitement and anticipation. My fingers moved to the button of my shorts, and his Adam's apple bobbed up and down as I popped the small metal free of the hole.

I add one of my best blouses to it and then, just before the full moon is at its highest peak; I climb out of my window and make my way to the bonfire.
