Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

It would be difficult to increase his speed within a month, let alone fulfilling the request of the Aqua Dragon to pass the test. Wilbur felt despair at that moment. Suddenly, he saw a bird flying past him, and his attention shifted to a few butterflies nearby. The butterflies were flying near a small plant with a few cocoons attached to it. One of the cocoons wriggled under the sunlight, and then a butterfly broke out from the cocoon and flew away. The butterfly flapped its wings and gradually flew across Wilbur. "What?" Wilbur frowned. What he saw made him realize something, gravity should affect everything within its field. Even a drop of water would be affected. Caterpillars and butterfl

CLAIMED BY THE MAD ALPHA BROTHERS

CLAIMED BY THE MAD ALPHA BROTHERS

“Because this takes the control out of your hands. Up here, on this edge, you can’t rely on strength or power or violence. You can fall. You can die. And there’s nothing you can do to stop it.” The words settled over us, heavy with truth. “Everything in your lives,” I continued quietly, “you control through force. Through fear. Through being stronger and faster and more dangerous than anyone else. But gravity?” I gestured back toward the edge. “Gravity doesn’t care how powerful you are. Doesn’t care about your curse or your hunger or your reputation. One wrong step and you fall just like anyone else.” Silence greeted my words. Emiriel’s expression was unreadable, but I saw something shift in

Falling Just as Hard

Falling Just as Hard

OLIVIA I hit my already hurt head as I try to stand up and the dickhead in front of me has the guts to open his big mouth and laugh. Okay, that’s a lie…his mouth is not big but still. I crawl out from my hiding place and growl at him, “There’s nothing funny about this situation”. He coughs before trying to put up a straight face “I’m sorry…it’s just” I dust my shirt, realizing that I’m still wearing nothing under “Are your parents gone? Or which ever people that was snooping around?”

A Luna for the Lycan King

A Luna for the Lycan King

“Let’s get back to your party.” I giggled, taking his hand in mine. We walked over to the door. The moment we touched the handle, the floor beneath us opened. I was weightless, falling into the unknown darkness below. I reached out for something to grasp onto as I felt Lyle’s strong arms wrap around me, pulling me close to his chest. Together, we slid down a slick and slimy stone chute, our bodies gliding effortlessly through the strange goo that coated its walls. With each passing moment, we descended deeper into the mysterious depths, the only sound echoing in our ears being the soft whoosh of our descent and the occasional splatter of the goo against our skin.

If you haven't read a JM Snap book yet, you will not regret it. The stories are woven together perfectly. You will laugh, cry and probably scream too. So far this book has, betrayal, mates, vampires, a jealous woman and secrets. I'm sure it's gonna be a great book!

This is by far 1 of the BEST books I have EVER read. This Author's mind is truly brilliant. You can vividly see when someone has found their passion & is invested in their craft. In true honesty I'm amazed at the different depths in which this Author's mind is able to go. Extraordinarily Brilliant!

Bound by Ruin

Bound by Ruin

The ground vanished. Not slowly. Not with warning. One second Elena was holding her father— The next— There was nothing beneath them. Her scream ripped free as gravity took over, dragging all three of them into the dark. Weightless. Helpless. Falling. Her grip tightened instinctively around her father, arms locking around him as if she could somehow hold them together through the drop. “Adrian!” she shouted— But the sound was swallowed by the void. Then— Impact.

THE BIKER'S NEW FOUND MATE

THE BIKER'S NEW FOUND MATE

Wind pulling me backward toward fall that might kill or might save depending on abilities I didn't understand. "Eva, don't," Dr. Walsh said. First emotion in her voice. First crack in professional facade. "You jump and you die. Generation One isn't stable enough for dimension-shifting during gravitational acceleration. You'll fragment. You'll dissolve. You'll scatter across realities where we cannot recover you. Your family will never see you again. Grace will grow up knowing mother chose death over training. Albert will spend rest of his life wondering if cooperation would have saved you."

THE ART OF FALLING

THE ART OF FALLING

It felt eternal. The sun dipped low, casting long shadows across the campus. They walked hand in hand, hearts lighter, spirits soaring. Their journey hadn’t been easy, but it had been theirs. Every kiss, every tear, every heartbreak had led to this: a love built on trust, forgiveness, and the courage to begin again. And as they reached the corner where it had all started, Nora whispered, “I never imagined falling could feel like this.” Jaden smiled, brushing a stray curl from her face. “Neither did I,” he admitted. “But now I can’t imagine anything else.”

Too Late To Love Me: I Already Left With His Twins

Too Late To Love Me: I Already Left With His Twins

I could practically hear her rolling her eyes. Then Eli continued. “If gravity pulled everything equally, then a feather and a rock should fall at the same speed.” “They do.” “They absolutely don’t.” “They do in space.” “We are not in space.” “We could be one day.” “We are currently walking home.” “Temporary problem.” I laughed before I could stop myself. The front door opened. Both children entered mid argument. School bags bouncing against their backs. Ava was gesturing dramatically. Eli looked deeply offended by physics. Then they noticed me.

Honestly, I really liked the first few chapters of the book, but it seems like writers changed from somewhere around chapter 10? The writing style and thought pattern changed so drastically and it just wasn't as captivating as it was at first, so I had to drop it.

Angels of the Burning Sun

Angels of the Burning Sun

Zack shouted as he noticed her getting dangerously close to the center of the gateway's pull. "Sorry, I can only grab your leg right now; your hand's too far away!" she yelled back, managing to latch onto his leg. "Yeah, hold tight!" he commanded, trying to increase their speed. Zack's efforts paid off as he managed to overcome the gravitational pull momentarily. They were making headway, their pace increasing as they ran towards the edge of the mountain. But just as they thought they might break free, the center of the gravitational pull shifted direction, aligning with their path.

FALLING FOR HIS DADDY

FALLING FOR HIS DADDY

But I figured that he was finding it hard to handle his son after that shame that he had brought upon him. “I guess I just loved him. True love is unconditional, right? You love someone with their flaws or not. You embrace both their strengths and weaknesses. My mistake was encouraging him to be lazy. That wasn’t love.” He looked at me. He had been looking at me as I talked. “It is different when you are a parent. You try your best to give your children a better life, and in return, you want them to reciprocate by being better themselves. The most difficult part of parenthood is this: thinking that you have done your best, then realizing you failed a long time ago. And now your children use
