Chapter 1 Kelly There's a moment between impact and realisation that you're about to hit the ground a wise person once said that; when you fall down you are in free fall, you don't realise that gravity is going to pull you down and the minute gravity pulls you down that's when you can feel the impact and pain of the events that had just transpired and falling down isn't falling down if you don't feel pain . Is the realisation that you're hurt and it's accepting that you're in pain and you had no control over what had just happened.

Zack clenched his fists and chased after a few steps, "Tell me! Where did you keep him!" Israel was startled by his annoying voice and instinctively pushed him away, saying, "You're so noisy! Stop bothering me!" With a strong push, Zack missed his step and fell on the stairs, rolling down the steps. On the first floor, a child holding a cake walked by, with a fork clenched in their hand. The parent held their hand, and out of the corner of their eye, they caught sight of someone unexpectedly falling down the stairs. Startled, they pulled the child back, but unfortunately, they couldn't avoid it and got knocked down to the ground.

Her attention drifted between the conversation and the children, her hand occasionally reaching out to steady one of them when they got too ambitious with their balance. “Careful,” she murmured, her fingers brushing lightly against a tiny arm before pulling back. “Let them fall,” Grandpa Morris said from his seat across the room, his voice carrying a familiar firmness softened by age. “That’s how they learn.” Mia glanced up at him, a faint smile tugging at her lips. “You say that like you won’t panic if they actually fall.” “I won’t,” he replied immediately. Grandma Morris let out a soft laugh beside him. “You will.”

As she was talking, she started walking back and worth, away from Noah, who didn't like it, he pouted and reached out his hands calling for his mama. Finishing the call, Maya turned around, to see Noah calling for her and losing his balance, almost falling to the ground, but she reached him before he hit the ground.
