Her innocent answer made him laugh as he pulled her toward his lap. Aahan encircled her arms around her father’s neck as she put her head on his chest. Yash rubbed her back for a second, “ Guilt… princess is an emotion… a bad emotion, it steals the chocolate cake of your heart and even when you see it eating, you may or may not be able to do anything about it,” He tried to explain as he kissed her hair. “Hmmm..” Aahana was in deep thought for a second as she stayed in her father’s embrace.

Greed consumed their thoughts as they discussed how to secretly attack a rival pack, the Moonstone Pack, and claim their territory. Eden, known for his cruelty and calculating nature, leaned back in his chair, his piercing eyes cold and devoid of compassion. His voice held a sinister edge as he spoke to his men, "Gentlemen, the Moonstone Pack poses a potential threat to our dominance. We must act swiftly and decisively if we are to maintain our stronghold in these lands. Tonight, we shall plan their demise."

I was no longer the antisocial creep. I was Jacqueline Moore. The daughter of a loving father. But what mattered more to me was that I was the popular girl that every other girl dreamt to be. That was all I cared about. The greed to be desired by others, the greed to want what isn't mine to take and have. Greed does not just apply to materialistic things like money, or power. Greed is everything you want to the extent you harm yourself and others. I was greedy for attention. And I was stupid.

“First of all, you're letting your desire to claim this woman stop you from making good money. Don't ruin a perfectly good plan. Don't be greedy.” “Greedy?” He was taken aback yet again by Guy's choice of words. “I'm being greedy?” “Yes, you're being greedy. You have a woman who is pregnant with your child, and yet you're trying to get another woman, a woman who was your ex-wife, I might add, into your life. What is that if not greed?”

“Fine. Sloth is the easiest way to reach us. Use him instead of dragging us all here with your theatrics.” “I’m not staying here alone,” Sloth muttered, voice heavy with sleep. “I won’t stay either,” Pride added, turning to Wrath. “Don’t look at me,” Wrath spat. “I want nothing to do with this human world.” “I have unfinished business,” Greed said with a sly smile. “The human body doesn’t interest me,” Lust chuckled. “I need good sex to feel alive again.” Gluttony licked his lips. “I don’t mind staying—as long as there’s food. But I’ll get hungry for souls soon enough.”

“Because if you do… I will give you a reward you have never experienced in your entire life.” A strange light appeared in Greg’s eyes—the light of greed and hunger for power. He nodded firmly, promising himself that this would finally be his moment. To be continued…

Sloth, another man, his eyes struggling to stay open, draped in dirty clothes, dirty bedding, the floor around him piled with rotting rubbish, he was drowning in split bin bags, rubbish building up around him. Greed: this time, it was a woman, spinning around and grabbing at all the glittering jewellery piled on the shelves near her. At her feet, confused, crying and clearly neglected, her two children were clinging to her skirt, their small hands lifted to her, begging for her attention, but she ignored them, continuing to reach for things she never got a hold of.

"So, you’re saying that everything you've done was for my own good and for the good of this family." He nodded quickly. "Yes. I swear you're the only one in my heart." "What about the perfume?" His expression froze again. "T-that was something Caroline bought herself. She was just showing it off in front of me." The lie came out so easily and smoothly, that it made my heart freeze over. Suddenly, I felt nothing but exhaustion, and with it came the quiet realization that there was no point arguing anymore. It was not worth it anymore. "You're right," I said quietly. "I am selfish. Selfish enough to want a home I can go back to whenever I want.

Once he started stealing the money, he bought extravagant cars and jewelry for his wife, that one was pride, and the excessive obsession with wealthy items was gluttony. His reason for the materialistic things was jealousy and desire to be like the men at the top of the firm, Joseph wanted his name to be on the sign outside of the building, and he thought that having money was the way to get there, that was envy. The only thing left was wrath, which I was only waiting for to be able to send him to where he belongs.

"Lady Green! Please have mercy!!" "She's lost it, run for your dear lives!" "Don't kill us!" "Please spare us!!" I giggled as members of Marr ran Helter skelter, screaming like helpless goats for mercy. With each step I took amidst them, my bloodlust only intensified. My powers were beckoning for destruction and I yielded. Indeed, I wanted everywhere Red, I wanted rain of blood falling above me, I wanted to walk in that ocean of blood once again.
