Greek Goddesses Demeter Novels & Stories

He was surprisingly good looking, for a god of thieves. He finally let go of my hand, and there was another beautiful woman I'd noticed, she was young, like Hera, but older than Athena and the rest. She wore a green sleeved dress, and her eyes were green, the kind of green healthy plants had, her hair, golden. Then it dawned on me. She was "Demeter!" I blurted out. Persephone's mother. She nodded, giving my shoulders a light pat. Since I'd come to recognize every single gods in the room, I still had one more question.

I couldn't even see her anymore. "Kamara" I heard her call my name. "Demeter, the goddess of harvest and Zues the god of the sky had a daughter. Persephone the goddess of springtime, vegetation and the underworld" I heard her talk. "Okay?. Where is all this going?" I asked to the space around me because I really couldn't see anyone "Be patient" another female voice gently scolded me. "One day, when Persephone the young goddess was gathering flowers by the stream, Hades the brother of Zeus and god of the underworld abducts her. Zeus and Demeter kept asking for her.

HERA "Hera, there's a demon here." I was having a glaring battle with Nami when Selene whispered in my ear and I arched my left eyebrow before tearing my gaze away from the bunny and shifted to her, I saw how serious her face was, she, along with Ivana,Ceres and Rujin who are the deities daughter who can sense a real demon around, though I can sense demons too, but I guess I was too distracted by this bunny who's still have the guts flirting with my man even if she already has Jonas.

I shout, marching over to rip her a new one. As I lock eyes with the woman, a shiver runs down my spine. She appears to be in her twenties, with flowing black hair and piercing white eyes that seem to glow. She's wearing a simple, black maxi dress with a low neckline that highlights her fair, generous figure. I can sense everyone's aura in here but hers. A wave of recognition washes over me, causing me to freeze in place. It's her. It's the Moon Goddess. Or at least the form she has taken.

he drawled calmly. "That was Poseidon, god of the seas. Everyone knows that he is a jolly good fellow, always partying and dining but is very greedy with his treasures. But Hades, is sensitive, depressed, and irritable. Very short-tempered and quick to lash out," she countered. "There were other gods besides Poseidon," he said frowning at her obvious neglect of his accomplishments. "Yes, I know, there was Aeolus, god of the wind. Demeter, goddess of the harvest and seasons. Apollos, god of light, prophecy, healing, and plague," she listed them out.

She cringed at that vision. "You have bound me, daughter of the Moon." In a weak voice, the Lamia said, "... just call my name whenever you are in danger; my name is Lamia De Uno, the keeper of the first medallion." Anna stared at it in awe. She couldn't even fathom it. The creature was gone, vanished without a single sound. She glanced up at Mr. Camilton, standing and keeping most of her weight off her ankle. It's time to get out of here before she passes out. Once on her feet, she felt it. Her heart thumps hard on her chest. The pain is unnatural, almost otherworldly, bringing her to her knees.

He was right, I had to be strong because if I get weak I wouldn't be able to have my revenge on those five monsters. I gulped down the whole soup and he smiled lightly. "T-thank you". I muttered and he nodded. "What's your name little one?". He asked. "My name is Amphitrite". I whispered hoarsely. "Your name is very unusual. Who gave you that name?". He asked curiously. "My mommy and daddy gave it to me". I mumbled. "What does it mean?". He asked curiously. "Queen of the sea". I replied hoarsely.

It simply watched. A deep unease settled over her. Because she did not recognize it... She was Demeter. Daughter of Titans. One of the oldest gods in existence. There were few beings she did not know. Fewer still that could stand before her and remain hidden. Yet as she stared into the darkness beyond the glass, she realized she had no idea what she was looking at. For the first time in centuries, genuine fear tightened around her heart. Not fear for herself. Fear for the girl. Fear for every Spring Daughter who had come before, and for all those who would inevitably come after. Fear that the tragedies she had spent centuries trying to understand had never been accidents at all. That somethi

In most cases, these heroes ended up owning their lives and eventual freedom to Persephone, who would intervene and rescue heroes from what would often be grisly fates. Persephone was born to the Greek gods Zeus and Demeter. Demeter was most commonly recognized as the Goddess of the Harvest, and in that role, she watched over all grains and fertility on Earth. She also served as the goddess of agriculture, fertility, the cycle of life, sacred law, and death. She gave birth to her daughter, Persephone, and it was her daughter’s story for which she was most well-known. Unlike many other Greek gods and goddesses, Demeter was not mentioned very often by Homer, but her legend in relation to Perse

When I look into the face of the dead omega in my arms, I see it's not Talia. It's Orchid. I wake up with a start, cold sweat tingling along my forehead and down my neck. My chest is tight, my breathing shallow and labored, my muscles tense. I wince when a hand touches my shoulder. "Calm." It's Kadmon. He's crouched down next to me. “No need to worry, Hasker. She is there. " Kadmon gestures across the vast chamber towards the base of the Fountain, where Orchid stands with Addom and the other omega, her friend Hannah.
