Grimgar Of Fantasy And Ash Season 2 Novels & Stories

The crack blazed brighter than ever. For a long moment no one moved. The clearing was silent except for the hiss of the crack in the marker and the distant retreat of paws through underbrush. Mist drifted back in to fill the space where the pack had stood. Ava pulled herself upright against the stone. Her hands trembled. The silver glow had withdrawn into the token but left a faint shimmer under her skin, like moonlight trapped in her veins. She could still hear the echo of the whisper, softer now but insistent: Daughter of ash…

she warns me as I wipe the back of my dirtied hand against my chin in a bid to catch the stray droplet of crimson racing down it. “I’ve got this,” I snap back as I think of my wolf’s earlier attitude, not entirely trusting of giving her complete control as I just about manage to miss a stray fist heading for my stomach. Ash halts his downpour of jabs as he lunges towards me with open hands; trying to take me down unsuccessfully when I jump out of the way in the very last moment, just about managing to escape his reckless path of annihilation. Spinning around to meet his reddening face as he lands on his knees, I find myself a moment too late when he jumps up and reaches out, clamping his lar

She had already started to restore some of the damage that was occurring in this world. I stood at my place on the alter waiting patiently for the ceremony to start. I could tell the instant Ash walked into the courtyard, there was tension so thick in the air that I could smell it. My vampire instincts kicked in as my vampire tried to take control. I felt my chest vibrate as I let out a low growl at the sight of him. Ash was accompanied by the witches Befana, Baba Yaga and Circe, he had a smug look on his face as he strutted towards his seat at the back of the courtyard. I wanted nothing more than to tear him to shreds but right now wasn’t the time nor the place.

Let everything go back to normal. Normal. The word tasted like ash. I turned the water off and stood dripping in the quiet. Steam swirled around me thick and heavy. But I didn’t want normal, all I want is her. And that scared me more than any slap Ethan could throw.

Either Zane had left it, or someone wanted me to think he had. I passed the chained wolves again. Most hung limp in their bonds, their eyes glazed with the weight of enchantments. But one lifted his head when I drew near. His gaze was clearer than the rest, though his voice rasped like broken glass. “Ash…” he croaked, as if he remembered me from nights past. “Stop the Binding. They’ll use him.” His chains rattled when he coughed. I pressed my palm against the bars, feeling the heat of his body beneath the cold metal. “I will,” I whispered, forcing the words steady. “I’ll come back for all of you. I swear it.” His gratitude was a knife in my gut. I pulled away before it cut deeper.

Your nothing," Ash says and I smirk at her as her eyes widen from the comments. Her expression turns to anger. " Stupid hunh, well let's see how stupid this is" She yells and shoves her hand in our grandad's chest, pulling out his heart. " NOOOOO" Our dads yell and they try even harder to get out of their chains. Their Lycans have taken over. My heart bleeds for grandad. I know our grandmother must have felt it too. Ash is growling. Bella is in tears, and her eyes have never left Ares's face. Ares's face is sad, as if he knew what was gonna happen. Our grandfather, Roland, is dead.

i say turning and heading for my office. Shoving the doors to my study open i walk in and see my beta lounging in the chair in front of my desk. A solider sitting in the chair next to him. Both of them jumping up and bowing " Alpha Damien i have urgent news from Genral warren". I stop short at his words"what everr it is, it better be good alex" I grumble taking my seat behind my desk grab my quill and ink and start writing. He steps forward a smile wide on his face "the General has reported back" his words snap my attention away from my ink. " They found the rouge out post just outside a village in Mongoria it's two days ride due north" the solider says taking a step forward" but the rouges

“How about Alex? I bet you guys are gonna be seeing more of each other now, and I would be nothing but a figment of your imagination.” “You’ve actually always been.” “Ouch.” I felt stabbed in the heart. “You don’t mean it, do you?” “Gracie! What you doing here? Alex have been looking everywhere for you.” I heard a voice in the background. I guess it was prolly Faith. “Yeah? I was right, huh?” I asked quietly, feeling more broken. “I wouldn’t say yes, Ash.” “Neither would you say no. You’re so sly and mean. Have fun.”

She was concerned. "Get her out of here." Ash ordered Joshua in an unusual voice, which struck a note deep within Miranda's body. Then turning his vision away completely, Asher released a booming growl and sent his frame into the air. His limbs were suddenly tripled in size, his skin bleeding into long, dark fur. Ash landed on all fours, as he flew over Damien's head, who ducked away from the pouncing wolf at the last second. Ash turned towards the Mayor, and snapped his snout in a menacing manner.

Sienna's POV A steel-toed boot slammed into my ribs, and I curled on the ground, coughing up blood. "Get up, little she-wolf." Chief Elder Marcus looked down at me, a vicious smile on his face. Behind him stood a dozen armed men—Brynn's mercenaries. "The game is over." I pushed myself up, blood dripping from the corner of my mouth onto the grass. The forest around us was burning. Jake and the other rangers were already down, lying motionless nearby.
