The Nightmare

The Nightmare

Sammy directed her last question to me. "No. I had no idea. After my Dad died, I found my Mother's supplies along with her grimoire. That's when I started to learn everything." I explained. "What the hell is a grimoire?" Cash demanded. "It's a spell book. Witches make them for themselves and for their relatives or coven. I found hers on the day I moved out of the house and started trying the spells she had left me. I was shocked when some of them started to work." I replied just as another plate was placed in front of me.

Really engaging story with an interesting take on the usual werewolf themes - hope you are able to update soon though as I’m dying to know what happens next! It’s been a while since the last one, hope everything is ok with you

Great book. Well paced, intriguing characters with very solid world building. My one qualm is that there are, at times, too many characters. Often there are a lot of names being thrown around and its hard to tell who's who.

Beloved Alpha King

Beloved Alpha King

“A grimoire, a witch’s experiences, and all of her spells are documented in it.” Nico nodded. “So it’s like a biography of their life,” “Yes, seeing a grimoire is rare. It could only mean that your mentors approve of you. this is wonderful news. Why didn’t you tell me before? There is no use lying about being human. You can proudly say you’re a witch approved by the most powerful,”

Auctioned Bride Of The Cursed Alpha

Auctioned Bride Of The Cursed Alpha

I punched three more times before it broke through. “There it is.” My eyes darkened with satisfaction. I grabbed the panel and slid it open. Inside were only two books. An ancient-looking tome, and a thick grimoire. I picked both up and quickly unlatched them before flipping through the pages with growing anticipation. Unlike the others, none of the pages were torn. I heaved a sigh of relief while a faint smile tugged at my lips. “Now, let’s see what you are,” I whispered. I scanned the titles carefully. The grimoire was titled Makisteia. The tome beneath it was Malkara Lyk — Vael Sorcery and Curse of the Wolves respectively.

Bonded with Four Mates

Bonded with Four Mates

Alis touched the book and blew fairy dust on it. At that moment, an otherworldly song began to play in the back of the cave, and I noticed that the flaps of the grimoire began to turn golden. I opened my mouth in disbelief, and from the grimoire gushed a silvery liquid that fell to the ground and made the smell of pure magic stronger. I looked at Alis, not understanding what was happening. “The grimoire is not just a divine object,” Aris said in disbelief. “The grimoire is a catalyst for magic; it only reacts to people linked to its creator's magic, but it's also something else.”

recognize. I walked over to her, and sat down. “Hey! What you reading?” I peered over, “oh Narcia you’re here! I’m sorry I didn’t realize! I am actually thrilled to see you, do you think you could help me with this…” she started rambling excitedly, “Alpha Marcus came to me yesterday and gave me this book. I have seen it before, when he helped Mila the first time we was cursed, he used it to draw out the magic in her… he called it a G.. Gim.. Gam..” she was stuttering trying to remember, “a Grimoire?” I asked. “YES! That is it.. have you heard of it before?” I looked at her amused, “a Grimoire is just a fancy word for a spellbook, it’s basically just a textbook of magic. You can’t use it unl

I said immediately after closing the door. “Heck, now you have trust issues,” I thought aloud. Grimoire left his hiding place again and opened before me. “A gum drop and… gum?” I asked, surprised. I held on to Grimoire and understood why. Like a short trance, Grimoire explained that I couldn’t cast spells but I could make potions and enchant objects with his help. “Very well then, let’s get on with this.” “Kalorik noximus (nocturnal revitalization),” I read aloud.

The Ace at the Apex

The Ace at the Apex

“You’re trying to be a hoax again, aren’t you?” One of the skills of The Grimoire of Five that Javier currently practiced was The Semblance. It did not only refer to one’s appearance, but it included the semblance of one’s home, family, and ancestral tribute. When Javier had first entered Aurora Academy, he had sensed bad luck at the southwest corner of the school that made the place unsettling. Due to that, he had repeatedly suggested to Joey to plant more greens there so the vitality and new life would cleanse the space.

My Most Precious Human

My Most Precious Human

I used the code that Kanan gave me and logged into the Grimoard family's online library. It was like a huge digital archive with books, articles, and diaries about all of the noble and semi-noble families in vampire society. I had no idea where to start, so I randomly picked one of the family names I already knew. I chose the Adragnas, the family who hated the Calvets for ages, the family who had connections to werewolf packs, and the family exterminated by Sariel… with my help.

THE NETHER ALCHEMIST: RISE OF ZEGRATH VOID

As the two exchanged ardent looks, tension rose. “The explosion will damage you as well, and since my skin is tough enough to withstand the blast, I guarantee you won't be standing after it's all said and done,” “Don't worry, I didn't forget about it. I performed some research and discovered something regarding lorth mage grimoires. If they're destroyed, all of the mage's magical spells, whether cast on himself or others, will cease to exist. My hand is over your grimoire because the same explosive potion has soaked up pages of it. If I detonate the potion, the grimoire will be destroyed, your glass skin will not shield you from the explosion, and your protective spell will not protect you f

“What am I supposed to do?” “We found hundreds of grimoires, a lot of them are written in more modern English. The oldest was written around the sixteenth century. Shakespeare’s time,” he adds quickly when he sees the look on my face. “It’s a little more difficult to read, but you should understand it just fine. You can start on those, see if you find anything interesting.”

This is a good book. Good story line but a note for the author. You need to work on emotions… make me feel what’s going on.. how they are feeling. You are one of the better authors I’ve read on this platform just need more depth to the characters
Kathleen
I really enjoyed this book - it’s like unraveling a series of presents - the story telling is amazing, the FL and ML are both strong, intelligent and - a rarity in most of this kind of novels - communicate to each other! No unnecessary drama, no drawing on - congratulations to the author!
