The Nightmare

The Nightmare

Sammy directed her last question to me. "No. I had no idea. After my Dad died, I found my Mother's supplies along with her grimoire. That's when I started to learn everything." I explained. "What the hell is a grimoire?" Cash demanded. "It's a spell book. Witches make them for themselves and for their relatives or coven. I found hers on the day I moved out of the house and started trying the spells she had left me. I was shocked when some of them started to work." I replied just as another plate was placed in front of me.

Really engaging story with an interesting take on the usual werewolf themes - hope you are able to update soon though as I’m dying to know what happens next! It’s been a while since the last one, hope everything is ok with you

Great book. Well paced, intriguing characters with very solid world building. My one qualm is that there are, at times, too many characters. Often there are a lot of names being thrown around and its hard to tell who's who.

 The Alpha's Witch

The Alpha's Witch

Addanc won't rest until he avenges the death of those wizards he lost during the attack to the coven. his earnest tone compelled us to give him undivided attention. 'He will hunt every descendant left, and make sure the blood line has been expunged. ' He paused, looked at Tamara then uttered mind numbing words. He will stop at nothing until he has your womb Tamara. He is dead set on making sure you never conceive my son's child. A child born of an Alpha and a witch is a death sentence to him, he cannot allow it to happen. Just like Mimi said, he already knew you two were mates before we did '

Draco (The Last Dragon Prince)

Draco (The Last Dragon Prince)

I quickly opened it only to realise that it was ‘A grimoire’ A Grimoire is a WITCH book of magic, typically including instructions on how to create magical objects like talismans and amulets; also they contain instructions on how to perform magical spells, charms and divination. I thoroughly saw this Grimoire ; it was made of ‘Night fall Wood’, one of the rarest wood which is found only in forest of northern shadow forest , also it had several inscriptions carved on its cover, there was a an amulet place on it which was in shape of what looked like a fish tail… I was busy looking at this Grimoire when all of sudden I found that female karkinos ghost now stating right in front of me.. “AAAA

"Goodbyes?" "Okay. So Granny Witchy Woo's. I need fair and square information about myself, not some visions where you show me how my Grannies had a tendency of being villainy," She informed, lying down on the blanket as she stared at the ceiling when a Grimoire, a witch's spellbook, fell on her lap, "Cool!" She released a long breath before opening the first page and getting on with it. Flames

it spoke. The old woman looked down with her sagging eyes and gave out a wicked smile that made the air around them seem colder than it was before. She held her crooked fingers and laid them on the glowing crystal as her eyeballs start to judder and turn to black, like swirling voids of darkness nestling in her face. A scene was shown before her and only she was able to see it. It was so fascinating for her that it made her smile grew wider, filled with malice. "I see we have another magician in the Pavilion, Olivia."

The Lost Demoness: Her Silvery Red Eyes Opens

The Lost Demoness: Her Silvery Red Eyes Opens

You need both of your powers to unlock and use the grimoire. This grimoire is passed down to all grand witches. Before my time, there has not been a grand witch for over hundreds of centuries. When it came to my time, I saw there will be many after the power. Please be careful. I will trust you to aid the other into their power. This time there will be two grand witches. I hope you well my dear Vastria. P.S. You must give them this book so they too will know their destiny. I have written a section for both of you to read. It will only appear when you both are alone in my tomb.

Eric asked to make sure. “Sort of. What you see on tv or in movies isn’t what a real one looks like. A true grimoire is more like a cookbook and a notebook like what you would have on research than anything else. Basically, it’s not just witches that would have one. Anyone who studied healing, healing techniques, healing herbs for medicines, and such that.” “Now I’m really curious about what’s inside this book.”

Hello, so I just finish the 1st chapter, honestly, I think you introduced too many characters in the first chapter, why don't you focus on the MC and the husband and wife first. You can introduce the other staffs later when they play a role in the chapter. Good luck!

I love the way you tell us about all the different people that are going to be in the book. I like how each chapter is about one set of characters and how they are part of the whole tapestry of the story. Love that there's a Boggart in your book, they really are very mischievous but don't mean harm.

Bound By Fate

Bound By Fate

“We’ve been in the dwarves’ village to find some answers. They told us that only the witches have the ability to resurrect a dead body. But since the nature wouldn’t allow this loophole to maintain the balance, it was near to impossible to find a grimoire containing a complex magic,” I told Aunt Odessa but she shook her head as if disagreeing from what I said. “There’s, indeed, a grimoire containing the spell that could resurrect any creatures.” She pulled away from me, her hands falling to her side as she started pacing back and forth.

This story is amazing!! I'm so hooked. I've watched the trailer and I'm captivated. The plot is unique. The descriptions are spot on with perfect grammar and execution of scenes. I'll totally recommend this💯

Definitely worth the read! The main character is very likeable, and the pace is good, not moving too fast but not too slow. Even if, like me, you are not someone to jump into werewolves stories often, I recommend you to give "Bound By Fate" a try.

Return of the Luna Queen

She growls in disapproval at my sarcastic tone. “The Walker’s are witches Rosalie. Which means that any descendants are witches too.” “Honestly Nina, have you been living under a rock?” I was growing more than agitated. “Think Rosalie, what did Morag tell you? She told you that every witch that has ever lived is written…” “In the great grimoire.” I finished. Her meaning dawning on me. “That’s it, Nina. You’re a genius. If Melinda has any descendants, they will all be listed in the witch’s spell book.”

Great to see a recent update. I’m hesitant to start reading in the event updates stop or becomes irregular. I will re-read the first book to refresh my memory. It was a great book which I throughly enjoyed

I love this story but I wanted her to return to Alexander. It's too heartbreaking. No offense about Landon but I don't see why she needs another mate. I doubt Alexander got a second chance mate after she left.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ever stumbled upon a book that feels like it hums with hidden energy? That's 'The Grimoire' for me. It’s this dense, arcane tome that blends dark fantasy with occult lore, following a scholar who unearths a cursed manuscript tied to ancient rituals. The way it weaves alchemy, forbidden symbols, and eerie prophecies together is downright mesmerizing. I lost sleep over the protagonist’s descent into madness as the book’s spells began rewriting reality around him.

What hooked me was how it plays with the idea of knowledge as a double-edged sword—each chapter reveals deeper layers of the grimoire’s power, like peeling an onion that makes you cry blood. The side characters, from a cynical librarian to a rogue witch hunter, add this gritty realism that balances the supernatural chaos. And that ending? Let’s just say it’s the kind of cliffhanger that leaves you side-eyeing your own bookshelf.
