William left bothered and retired to his room while she prepared something for her, Amber, and Elijah.

She said you were fun,” he said and took another swig of liquor. “But you’re acting like the grinch, sucking the fun out of everything. Hey, that will be my new name for you. Grinch. See how it fits you so well.” I rolled my eyes , unbothered by what was probably supposed to be an insult. I wondered how he was still standing and was able to make meaningful conversation at all with all he was drinking.

Shadrach said with a smile. Wynter frowned, unsure of what he meant, but then she realized he was referring to the fact that they were still using their last names. "Please call me Shadrach," he urged. "And you can call me Wynter," she responded. "No," Shadrach smirked, "I think I’ll stick with Grizelle since you haven’t shared your full name with me for reasons I don’t know. So, I’ll keep calling you Grizelle until you do. And don’t worry, I’m not pressuring you; I understand your reasons," he continued.

I rolled my eyes, "Does it really matter?" "Yes, Grace. It does." Chris said as a matter of fact. "Okay!" Dean picked Chris' phone and went to contact. "Chris' phone. I'm saved as Hot Hunk, that's not weird. Grace is saved as 'My Bitch' with a ring emoji." I frowned, "I am not your bitch, Chris. I told you to change that." "And I told you no," Chris smiled innocently and picked up my phone. "G's phone. I'm saved as... Chris Best Friend, aww. And Dean is saved as Ice-cream Man as we all know."

Rex sighed, dragging his hand over his face, “I don’t know how it's easier than saying a name, but that’s Grub.” “Grub is a strange name, even for here,” Smarluuten said, eyeing Grub intently as the man pushed food into his mouth. “From what he has told me,” Rex said, shaking his head in disbelief at the sheer volume of food he stuffed into his mouth, while still somehow retaining the ability to chew, “His true name was removed by that red marking over his face, I’m not sure if Grub is the name he gave himself, or another did.”

By their parents, we were told, the same as ourselves. Now it was finally my turn, and along with me was my best friend in the whole entire world, Dornell. Dornell – I called him Dorny – was a blond-haired boy who looked like he kept a secret with him at all times. A couple inches taller than myself and a bit larger of build, Dornell was a year older than I was, which made sense. At first I thought him shy; but after getting to know him better, I learned that he simply liked keeping things close to his chest until he felt he could share them with someone. He actually began talking a lot after we became buddies. But also yeah, I guess he was just a bit shy.

Dimitri's POV I turn to the voice and groan when I see my cousin. "Groucho, what are you doing here?" I whisper as I shut the door behind me. Groucho, named for Groucho Marx, my aunt had a bad sense of humour, which never mixed well with pain relief. His name came when she was high on pain relief after giving birth and had been left to her own devices when they came around with his birth certificate. He was two years older than me, and there was a slight resentment that I was next in line after my father, not him. I didn't trust the man as far as I could throw him, but he was family.

I protested, pouting. “Snoopette was the name I gave you and I call you Tiffany only when I feel it's important, and moreover Axel is my name and AJ is my Initials, and you didn't give me a nickname so…” He reasoned. Okay that's true, sighs this Grumpy Vampire is not giving me a chance to win a teeny argument. “Alright, alright, what name do you want me to call you?”

He looks stiff and uncomfortable around me, or he just keeping himself on his character. He cleared his throat and when he saw me seriously and patiently waiting dor his response, he sighed and spoke. " My name is Grue." He briefly stated. I thought he will introduce himself in a long way. I pouted and nodded.

"What do you want?," a grumpy voice resonated from it, giving off a deep and strong accent. Looking down with a bored face, the smoke sufficed and revealed an Egyptian Sphynx cat looking back at him with an annoyed face. "Quit it, Pug. This is important," he answered and continued walking down the hallway, passing by the crowd earlier. "You know I heard, the second serving of ice cream is here so let's go. It'll be a great opportunity."
