“Fine. You want in, you’re in.” They went to the armory room in the back of the club. Metal shelves lined with firearms, ammunition, and knives gleamed in the low light. Amy’s fingers skimmed along the collection before she pulled down a polished Colt 1911 and a snub-nosed revolver. Isadora grinned and took her favorites — a black Beretta M1951 and a sawed-off shotgun with a worn leather strap. “You ever notice,” Isadora said as she checked the Beretta’s magazine, “that people like us never really retire?”

The Seven Guardians stood shoulder to shoulder. Aurel's Spear of Dawn. Nerina's Trident. Elara's Living Staff. Kael's Spear of Flames. Seraphine's Hourglass. Astra's Staff of Stars. Caelum's Sword of Redemption. Their divine weapons rose toward the heavens. Seven beams of celestial light collided against the descending hand. The impact shook creation. For several seconds, the giant hand stopped moving. Then cracks appeared across every Guardian's weapon. Caelum gritted his teeth.

I asked with confusion. "I think they got those from the Mortal Realm. Somebody's sending them weapons from the other realm including silver arrows and silver bullets." I was stunned. How come? Does this mean they allied with some human beings from the Mortal Realm? Or perhaps they obtain the weapons from unnatural beings who are now dwelling in that realm. But what intrigued me the most is the silver bullet. We don't really usually use guns in Aldemore. Our warriors usually used swords, torches, explosives, arrows, and blades as weapons.

Spam off when I give you the chance" Zeus replied and threw his axe at Kunle. Kunle forged an iron axe and threw it At Sango's incoming axe. Both axe clashed and Sango's axe cut through Kunle's axe and aimed at his face. Kunle caught it with his bare hands and regretted that decision. The axe burnt through his palm and returned back to Zeus's hand. "Sango, god of fire, thunder and lightning" Kunle said with a smirk as his hands healed "Ogun, god of iron" Zeus replied "lucifer also knows about the psalmist hand, tell him he ain't getting it" he added Kunle laughed in response "Who is going to stop me?" "I am" Vicoliz said making an entry bursting through the walls of the tower and threw big i

""Bastion." I raked my hungry eyes down his chiseled features. His tan skin and masculine body had my wolf panting-- Before I even finished observing, he let out a deep growl from his throat, grabbing onto my face and crashing his lips onto mine. I instinctively jumped into his strong arms, wrapping my legs around his muscular torso as he carried me with ease to the back wall. His eyes were deep black, and I could feel that mine were too by the way my wolf growled back at him in response. He didn't bother stopping and instead pushed me against the wallpaper with delightful force. It was as if his wolf was fighting me into submission, his hands tangling in my hair and gripping my @$$ simultan

They were the mechanics, the construction workers, and the teachers who had trained shoulder-to-shoulder with Task Force Eclipse. A dozen humans flooded into the dojo, carrying heavy, scavenged Vanguard kinetic rifles. They opened fire simultaneously in a coordinated, sweeping firing line. The storm of armor-piercing tungsten rounds tore into Genesis as the liquid metal desperately tried to reform itself against the wall. The bullets didn't kill the synthetic god, but the sheer, relentless kinetic barrage severely disrupted its ability to stabilize its shifting physical form. "Eliana! Get Baraka!" Daniel yelled over the deafening roar of the gunfire, dropping the empty RPG tube and racking t

Those witches are exactly the kind of chaos the gods would love to keep around. Everyone entering the armory is sent inside to gear up: guns, blades, daggers, rifles—whatever they’ve trained with. Puck is supposed to meet us soon with diamond weapons. We need enough for our people here and for the ones trapped in the Goddess Realm. “Body armor. Everyone. I mean it, Edward,” Dev barks. Edward rolls his eyes. “Yeah, yeah. Goddess of War, obsidian wings. I’ll wear the damn armor.” I giggle. Grumpy old alpha is well-matched with the Crone Coven’s high priestess.

With that, they became the most sought after weapons supplier for all the supernatural communities needs that are sanctioned by NARC. He would go in light. Very little armour so that he could shift at will. The harness he would wear to carry his weapons and equipment had been designed to adjust to his body’s swift changes. A sword, dagger and of course his claws were obvious. But he added a holster for a gun, a few small belt pouches that would carry things he might need if he had to move to a different location in the fight. Nothing worse than finding yourself chasing your enemy into a darkened tunnel or building. Or getting blocked by a locked door. He also carried small balls that wer

Yet only a handful got to use them. My guns were even more special as the guns themselves were made from a special silver alloy, the same as the sword blade in fact. That wasn’t the case for any other invocate. It was mostly just symbolic, but it also had a practical effect. Shifters and wolves would burn if they touched the guns directly. If they touched it with some layer of clothing it would still affect them, but the effects would be a lot slower.
