Morgan seemed to notice that so he looked at his brother. "Get him a bath, Mateo." He ordered his brother authoritatively. Mateo made a gesture of irritation and shook his head as he headed to the bathroom. Morgan just held his breath when we heard the splash of water from inside. When he faced me, I bowed. Even though he hasn't spoken yet, I can already guess what he wants to say.

Gunnar teased with a smirk as he took his phone out and tapped the screen a couple of times. I arched my eyebrows, unsure what was going on, as a song I was unfamiliar with started to play over the speakers. It was sensual with a good rhythm, but I didn’t initially recognize it. However, as it continued to play and I watched my two mountain men move with the beat, Gunnar moved more fluidly and confidently, I realized what it was. It was Careful by Lucky Daye from one of the Magic Mike Movies.

Sierra’s energy level was getting low but she powered on. “If he abandoned his pack….” Gunther was working something out in his own mind. “Gunther?” He seemed to not hear me. “GUNTHER!” I yelled. It was painful and sent me into another coughing fit. “What?” His eyes snapped down to mine. “Can you ponder what that means when your hand isn’t holding my boob and you are done cleaning my wounds?”

I grinned widely. Gavin raised an eyebrow but didn’t say anything. We climbed into the car, and as soon as we did, I hit play on the stereo, blasting some BTS. “Dynamite” was already queued up, and I grinned, unable to resist singing along. Gavin joined in, his deep voice harmonizing with mine as we both belted out the chorus, laughing and enjoying the moment.

I vocalized more of the song once his grip loosened enough for my breath to escape. His dark eyes found mine as he began to fall under my trance and out of Remmi's. I sang the song, hugging him to me as his body fell from mine, going limb as his lifeforce slipped away. "I'm sorry, so so so very sorry. She drew in the dirt a simple circle which she drew some fancy little designs and what seemed to be a mirror appeared in the earth. She realized it wasn’t a mirror but a window of sorts. She gazed into it, and she could see the creatures she had seen before coming through the gates at sunset. She drew another symbol in the dirt, and she could now hear the voices.
